I do want to say I've been coming here for YEARS and I LOVE the food they provide and many options for ice cream. I prefer coming here over any other place for something sweet!
I am a little disappointed this week. The flavors of the week were White Chocolate and Banana. I got a glacier of White chocolate ice cream with brownie and cookie and my kids got kid size white chocolate cone. We all agreed that the white chocolate tasted like banana. I think the banana flavoring accidentally went into the white chocolate. Just be careful. I do love the service and the quality of everything! Thank you!

Wish they had smaller pretzels. Really good though. Love their Chicago burnt ends dog! Minus the sports peppers. Plus their Italian cream sodas are great. I had lavender today.

I normally love Graff Dairy for both their ice cream and service, so it’s disappointing to write this. The one time I actually had an issue, I tried to call in and realized their phone system is a mess. When you press 1 to speak to a member of management, it just loops you back to the beginning. If you wait and don’t press anything, hoping to leave a message, the system simply says, “Goodbye, and thank you for calling,” without giving you the option to leave a message at all. Honestly, it’s kind of comical.

The issue itself wasn’t huge—my brownie in the brownie à la mode was so hard it was like a rock, and I had to throw it away and just eat the ice cream on top. But what really frustrated me was not being able to contact anyone to let them know. I think Graff Dairy would have made things right if I had been able to speak to someone, but with a broken phone system, that wasn’t possible.

Even small, barely established businesses have better customer contact options. I hope this gets fixed soon because customers need a way to reach out for any reason, not just to file complaints. I’m more than willing to update this review if a member of management reaches out and shows that they’re working on improving this. Thanks.

Me and two others dropped in on them just before closing last night and I've got to say, what a fantastic staff! Especially your front blonde young lady. Super helpful, super positive, such a great attitude and of course the ice cream was fantastic! Thanks for not making us feel like we weren't imposing as you were cleaning up!!

I had the all beef hotdog, ice cream, and more. Please see photos. I used a credit card and found out you can get a discount for cash. It’s a drive through, you’ll see the menus in my photos. Overall I will be back. Enjoyed the food! There are tables outside but too cold for me. (Winter) There was a person who came to the vehicle and took our order and we paid. Look forward to going back! We didn’t eat there took it home and ate the all beef hotdog and simply forgot to take a picture. Now I have a good excuse to go back.
