Unfortunately have had a horrible experience with this company. In the weeks leading up to my event we spent 12 days trying to get in touch with them to confirm final details, they finally responded. Then showed up hours late for drop off with no communication letting us know they'd be running late. It's now been over 48 hours since they were supposed to return to pick the rentals up and they have not come to get them, nor have they communicated with us in regards to this situation.

These guys are amazing!!!! After having a terrible experience with trying to book Elite Events for our wedding, I am glad I found this place!! Travis is a super nice guy who was very accommodating with my busy schedule. The Grand Events team let me walk their showroom to see everything before I booked them, and even had access to order some rental linens in that they typically don’t carry. Travis and Anthony did an amazing job setting up chairs, tables, and our dance floor super quickly, despite a hiccup at the venue. They even ran across town to grab a last-minute item I forgot to include on my rental list. These guys are affordable, efficient, and genuinely nice people!!

I had a celebration of life for my husband. I contacted Grand Events & Party Rentals to get set up for an outdoor event for 120-150 people. Roger was so very helpful in what I would need. Jeff, Aidan, Chris, and Nolan came and set up two tents and delivered 15 tables and 120 chairs. What a fantastic working crew these men are. Very knowledgeable and friendly and fast. After the event, Jeff, Aidan, Chris came and had the tables and chairs packed up before I even knew they were there. The two huge tents came down with a long standing practice of efficiency and humor. I would definitely recommend this business to everyone who needs party rentals and has no idea of what actually you will need. These guys will help you from the start of your planning to the end of your event.

Working with Grand Events for my wedding rentals and I already know these guys are going to be able to make my day so easy. When I went into their showroom they actually pulled out the tables I was thinking of, put the table cloths on so I could see the difference in the different options, and their selection of linen colors was impressive!

These people are the best we called on same day notice and they accommodated us and even let us drop off the stuff on Sunday when they were closed and they are just down to earth hard working people l would rather give them the business then a chain co
