I love how clean and relaxed it is here and I like that you have to ask to use the restroom because it gets rid of a lot of nonsense. Also I absolutely love GET buses which have free WiFi and are always clean and safe because they do a walk around inside and out. I love GET drivers too because they are invariably helpful and pleasant. In summary; I've NEVER had a bad experience with GET!

Some Drivers are incompetent. They don't let disabled person sit down before revving the gas & jolting forward as I paid. Am suing GET $69k for discrimination kicking me off the bus for being "too slow" (disabled) that's illegal retaliation. To prove it I'm getting video of the driver running over a 20 foot by 1ft light post. GET didn't call the exposed wires in to Xcel energy when it was snowing. Neither did cops. I called Xcel who responded. No fire department responded & police department refused to add the Xcel energy info to the case information. My life mayters

The driver for the 1 bus on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024 at 12:21pm going from the Taco Bell on 10th to the Greeley transit near the weld county food stamps office was incredibly rude when I got on. She was an older lady. I understand having a bad day, but that does not mean she can be rude to others. Please rectify this.

Two things that I would want to say about the bus routes.

Number one, they run late and when I get to the mall I have to wait for a while and if it takes too long then I have to walk home. It takes me half an hour to walk home.

Lastly, number 2,
I wish the bus routes went until like 10pm at night. My mom says that she wishes the bus routes went until then.

Apart from the craziness that is dealing with riding the bus in the mornings before school starts, or in the afternoon when school gets out, I've had no issues with the drivers or the buses. It's the people at the GET office on the other hand that are getting a one star review from me.

On September 10th 2024, I purchased a 90 Day bus pass, on September 13th, I lost my pass between getting on the bus in the morning and leaving my place of work. I called the GET office, and was told (On a "recorded line" or so I was told) that if I brought in the Receipt, I would be able to get a replacement.

However, when I did go in, the lady at the front desk refused to give me a replacement pass, even though I had the receipt, because they don't know if I really lost it, or am just saying I lost it, and that I'd need to pay for a new pass.

This is disappointing, as I was told one thing on the phone, and another in person, and I don't have the money to buy another 90 day pass. There needs to be a better way of identifying the owner of a lost bus pass, this is done on the annual passes with the purchasers name and photo, but not on the 90 day passes, as they are just a printed paper card.

If you don’t have to be anywhere on time, then this is the transit service for you! Unfortunately, I’m one of those people who sometimes uses the bus to get places at a particular time, and lately that has been kind of a struggle. Buses are frequently late or pick up a lot of people on one route (like when school gets out), creating missed route connections and leaving myself and others stranded in wait for the next bus. This will be the second time this week I have had to use other transportation from the bus station to get where I needed to go on time because of missed bus connections. I’m not 100% sure how GET would improve this, but I do know that I shouldn’t have to spend this much money on Lyfts when I have a year-round bus pass!

Useless to the city.. waste of money.. every single day there a problem. Making me late or have to wait another 30 minutes. Worst service ever.. hire some people that exactly have common sense
Waited total of 57 minutes today. Will be late to miss my transfer to bus 5. Be another 30 minutes late. Total of 1 hr 27 mins.. what a joke.. calll and one of the worst experiences
