Ordered a caramel Cappuccino. They tried telling me I Ordered a frappe, which I can understand that being misheard, but she actually tried to tell me I Ordered that, instead of accepting her mistake. After I finally got her to correct my order, she charged me twice and didn't want to give me the refund receipt for the firat charge. And then she tried handing me some iced milky light drink... all I wanted was a hot caramel cappuccino. I will not be coming back. This was an AWFUL experience, from the quality of the coffee to the quality of the service. Absolutely atrocious!

I am more of a tea drinker then a coffee girl. I am usually sorely disappointed though when I order tea and get a tea bag and some warm water. Hard Bean exceeded my expectations yesterday when I met a friend there. The tea was loose leaf and microbrewed and it was delicious!

The avocado toast was pretty good too.

I will be back!

I just moved to the neighborhood and it was pretty spacious and great meetup for friends. Sandwiches were tasty and look forward to trying the rest of menu.

Living in Brighton where cute coffee shops are nonexistent, having found this place in the town up the street is exactly what I needed! First visit we ordered avocado toast, which was absolutely scrumptious. We also had a caramel macchiato and chai tea latte, which hit the spot. Oh, can’t forget the turnover! The atmosphere is very comfortable and even offers a room that has comfy chairs and a large table for meetings. This is a great place to do some computer work while enjoying a coffee.

I always come here for a chai tea which is really good but the women who work here aren’t always very welcoming if it wasn’t for the the bad customer service this place would be perfect

The food is fine but they need to learn how to make drinks. My latte was very sugary and watery, I ended up dumping it after a couple of sips.

I love their coffee. Way better than Starbucks and better price. Unfortunately on 4-21-24 I went into drive thru around 12:54 pm and when I was about to order my drink the lady attending the place told me over the speaker that they were getting ready to close! I was like okay. Drove away empty handed!

If your hours of operation says Sunday closes at 1pm I’m assuming You close right at 1pm. Not at 12:54. 6 minutes should be enough time to make a couple of drinks right!

I hope the owners sees this and talks to his employees!
