Great shop! Couldn't keep my old four wheeler running, brought it here. From start to finish Mike was really great to deal with and the shop did a great job. Machine runs great now and the bill was good. One of the best places I've dealt with in quite a while.

I needed a Byrna non lethal pistol. I went on the Byrna website and found Harsh Outdoors via that website. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When I left, I couldn’t find my cell phone. They were already closed, yet they reopened the shop and let me look. 10 stars out of 5! Great job Harsh Outdoors! Thank y’all so much!

Came into the store to purchase a hunting license. Waited about 10 minutes to have an associate help us. The associate was half way done helping us with a license, then said he couldn’t finish and had to leave because someone else (employee? Friend?) told the associate they were running late getting somewhere. Nobody else in the store could help with printing a license and this store should not be a licensing agent for the CPW. Something that could’ve been completed in a couple minutes, and we were booted from the store and asked to come back another time because he had to leave. Unacceptable customer service. I will not set foot in this business again.

I really suggest you come in and check Harsh Outdoors out. The staff is so great they treat everyone with great respect and equally. They have a good selection of guns ammo and shooting supplies. They have some awesome off-road toys and outdoor supplies. And a great selection of lawn and garden equipment and I think they also do repairs. My wife and I were very surprised at how great they are here and look forward to our next visit in.

This is the best business with which I have dealt in a long, long, time. I took my mower there for a tune-up, and not only was the work performed exemplary, but the service was top notch, and the friendliness and attitude of the mechanic was nothing short of epic! I will be patronizing them for the rest of my life; and telling everyone that I know about them! Thanks, Harsh! It's great to know that there are still some customer service oriented businesses out there!

Awesome place with awesome staff. Super helpful from the second we entered. I wish I could say they had what I wanted but I didn't go in wanting anything, and left wanting many things they had.
