I was signing up to drive for Lyft and this is where they were doing on-boarding at the time.
The building, although spooky, is very clean and has a nice classical feeling. I like the grand staircase and the marble on everything.
I enjoyed the room with the authentic wooden throne! Looks like a great place for some medieval role playing or other ceremonies that require a throne.
There is some nice artwork around the building with upside down stars and some neat sculptures of Thomas Jefferson.
I passed everything necessary to join the Lyft fleet except I had a crack on my windshield. They made me go fix it and come back! I understand that a cracked windshield is a potential liability and doesn’t look good, but it was very inconvenient.
The parking lot has lots of great parking spaces and is well paved.
Overall impression is that this is a safe place to hang out and attend some special occasions or rituals.
