I recently stayed at Hillside Colorado Cottages with a group of friends and families for a weekend, and we had an amazing time! The cottages are charming, spacious, and perfect for a group retreat. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful, serene surroundings. Rizza was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The mountain views were breathtaking, and it felt like the perfect escape from our busy lives. This review is way past due, but it's much deserved. The wife and I stayed here several months ago for 4 or 5 days and it was absolutely worth every penny. I'll start by saying that the woman I spoke with to make the reservations went above and beyond and was super friendly. She made us feel welcome and was very patient with all of my questions. Once we got to the little cabin we were taken away with how nice, clean, and comfortable it was. On top of that, after the first night we had a bit of an issue with reserving it for a few more nights and once again, this wonderful person I just spoke about went out of her way to make sure things were taken care of. If your in the area and looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend you consider these cozy little cabins. You will not regret it I assure you. On top of how amazing the staff and facilities are, you won't be able to beat the price anywhere within 50 miles. So please, stop by and give it a shot. You'll be so happy you did. We will be going back every winter if work and life permits. Thank you hillside. You made this experience truly wonderful for us ❤️.

My husband and I visited as part of our 10 day stay in Colorado. Hillside is clean, located in a great vacation area, and has excellent amenities. The staff took care of everything before we arrived. And made everything just perfect for us. It was a great visit!

Didn't get the opportunity to visit although I was very excited to, as I have a service dog and 4 people in my party. I was told they could not accommodate my service dog in their biggest lodging due to possible allergies to another guest. Is that discrimination?

The cutest little remote cottage. Check-in was seamless. Very clean, everything you need for a weekend getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed star gazing. Would recommend this location in a heartbeat. If you do not want interact with another soul on your getaway this is your place!

We needed a couple of days to get away. I booked two nights in the Solitude & Sunshine cottage as it was pet friendly. There was a little confusion during the booking period as I had emailed twice asking to see if they had a veterans discount. No reply. When I received the 3 day email/text, I asked again and she said yes and applied a 10% off on our bill. Mentioning that there was a discount code. A little more communication would have been nice. We received the lock code in a text as we were pulling in. Very convenient. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. We stayed in the middle of the week and where the only ones there. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Strong wifi. Very nice grounds with flowers everywhere. Our dog loved the outside. My only issue was not with the cottages, but it is an international dark sky location and there happened to be a super moon for the 2 nights that we stayed. So no stars for me. Make sure you bring some food, as the town is a 22 mile round trip and there is no oven, just a microwave and stovetop. All in all, this was a great place and we will probably stay here again in the future.
