Mi estadía fue muy placentera ya que la habitación estaba excelente, la cáma era como una nube así que dormí muy bien y tuve conexión a internet sin nigún problema en mi teléfono cellular y mi laptop. La decision de quedarme en éste hotel fue por que mi empresa tuvo eventos de negocios en el salon del hotel, por lo cual estuvo excelente quedarme en el hotel. Nunca me faltó nada y el servicio en los restaurantes también fue muy bueno.

muy recommendable, el staff y las instalaciones son muy adecuadas y creo es el major hotel en Conway. la comida es muy Buena y el servicio muy rápido. todo el staff es muy amable y realmente saben tartar al huesped que va de negocios.

The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner was nice and cold. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The morning breakfast was part of our deal with Special Olympic. We could get the buffet or order from the menu. The food was delicious and the waitress were so nice and helpful.

The lobby was decorated so cute for Fall.

I will definitely stay here again.

Pretty decent stay, room 204. Only complaints, the room and bathroom were smelly! Like a mix between dog and mildew. Also, not the hotel’s fault but I had someone above me either dropping weights all night or stomping around, not sure which one! Also there was a dog yapping all morning in one of the rooms. All in all, not a terrible stay, very nice front desk staff and housekeeping!

Rm 323 wreaks of something that smells like rodent urine! I am sorry that is the only way I can describe it! I am so glad to get out of that hotel, it seems like I can still smell that scent on me!! The only reason I stayed was because of a family event being held there for my husband’s side of the family. I read the reviews & against my better judgment & to give my husband more time with his family I booked it anyway. I have never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn that was this bad! You can tell they have tried to mask odors in the lobby & make it presentable, but when we stepped off the elevator to the third floor I could start to smell the difference. It was difficult for me to sleep in that room with the smell on top of dirty carpet and chairs, and mold around the tub and doors/ceiling (see my pics). No I would not stay there again, even for a free night & would not recommend to anyone! On top of that we were charged for some item from their grill that we did not get!! I still fell dirty & can’t wait until we get home, shower & wash all our things!

I am a Diamond member and stay an average of 300+ nights/year at Hilton products across five states. To say I am disappointed is a gross understatement! Upon arrival and checking in to my room, I was overwhelmed with a smell of urine and ammonia. It burned my eyes. The desk clerk was very apologetic and moved me. I asked for a room with an unobstructed view. He moved me to the perfect room....perfect view of the roof and industrial air conditioners! This hotel is FILTHY! The elevator stunk, floor was dirty, all the carpets are stained and smell, the lobby has an odor that is just foul, the doors are all dated and scratched, walls are stained, and if you stay here...make sure the door locks behind you as mine had to be pulled with force to close. I considered having dinner at the hotel as I had been on the road all day, forget it! If the upkeep is that bad...didn't want to run the risk of getting sick. I will never return to this hotel, if I have to drive an additional hour or two to get a room in Ft. Smith (stay there frequently at Home2 and Homewood) or Little Rock...so be it! Get it together Hilton....do you even know how this place is being mismanaged? How can you charge more than Motel 6 for a room of this poor quality is beyond me.

I was very disappointed with the room. The King bed was in dire need of a new mattress. The shower had very little water pressure. The sink didn't drain well. The mini fridge all but fell out of the cabinet upon opening it. The most disappointing was the mid stay cleaning that was non-existent. No garbage was emptied, no towels picked up and replaced, and no bed remade. It was very apparent that even the "board room" needed cleaning, as the backs of the high back chairs were filthy!
