Best local BBQ joint around!

You won't be disappointed! Trust me! And it's local! This was my second time here and it was definitely worth stopping in! They have outdoor seating which is great! I'm a stickler on the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and the bathrooms were very clean and the decor was very nice!

Alex was our bartender, super awesome chick! Down to earth and such a great smile! She recommended some great stuff to try! Very friendly and helpful even though she was busy! The local crowd was also super friendly, we had some great conversations with some cool folks at the bar!

Food was amazing! Highly recommend the BBQ Eggrolls! I know most people go for the pulled pork and ribs, but definitely try the wings! This place has some of the best wings I've had, and I'm super picky about my wings! These were crispy on the outside, tender inside! And the sauces are all amazing, but I recommend the Sweet Buffalo and the Jaimaican Jerk sauce!

Overall, I'm happy we stopped in! If you're looking for a great local BBQ place to eat at along with some friendly faces and inviting atmosphere, this is your place! Even if you're just doing a pick up order!

Went in for the brisket arrived a little bit early and noticed they had fresh pork rinds on the menu. They actually came out crackling hot and amazing. The brisket was on point and the service was excellent.... Highly recommend

Everything is delicious. Definitely the best smoked wings around! Brisket French dip is really soft and Melts in your mouth. Warm whole hearted meals. Staff is always happy ❤️ I've never had a bad experience here. People who go in with a bad attitude causes their own drama. Staff treated us well just as we were nice and thankful customers also. Definitely we go a few times a month. Best barbecue spot!

We were pleasantly surprised by this "off the beaten path" restaurant. The food was excellent. I had the Slopper with slaw, my wife had the brisket and slaw, and my niece had the Porker and sweet potato fries. You won't be disappointed with any dish. Can't wait to get back to try something else.
10/06/2024 stopped in again last night for dinner. Being a Saturday night, we expect a long wait--not the case. We were seated fairly quickly and had a great dinner. I had the Hogback burger with sweet potato fries. It was excellent!!

Delicious! I’ve never enjoyed the Carolina gold sauce as much as I loved theirs! Hot link was so good- it didn’t need any sauce at all- brisket was delicious- potato salad and beans and onion rings - all bomb AF. they had so many sides to chose from- I wish they would do some sort of side sampler where you could get 3-4 to try - that was the hardest decision was picking the sides!! All the BBQ sauces were good- a little on the sweet end. And the best part- they were playing great music including my favorite bands- The Dirty Heads and Slightly Stoopid ♥️

Had to give this place a 5 because it seemed underrated at a 4.3 on Google Maps. Went on a Friday at lunch, got seated quickly and the wait staff were very attentive. We wanted to get a good sampling so between me and my wife we got: The Porker, chili cheese fries, broccoli, 1/4lb brisket, mac and cheese, sweet potato fries, and fried okra. We certainly had some leftovers, but all of it was delicious. Some BBQ places overemphasize the meats and skimp on the selection and quality of sides - not this place. I'll be adding this place to the rotation whenever I'm in town.
