La estancia en este Hotel fue muy buena, solo dos peros:

No me gusta nada que la cuberteria de los desayunos sea todo de plastico, es un desperdicio y una ofensa medioambiental.Es igual en todos los Holiday Inn.

La cocina del restaurante de enfrente del Hotel cierra bastante pronto y no pude cenaar alli.

Every aspect outstanding, especially customer service !!! Welcoming, friendly, helpful, efficient ~ kudos to Vicki who was so nice on the phone & placed me in the "just right" room, even calling me back to make final arrangements. Shoutout also to Caitlin who early next morning was pulling double duty, manning both the front desk & keeping the continental well stocked, cleaning tables, etc. Once Adrianna arrived, I completed checking out & her megawatt smile was contagious 😀 My room was standard double w/fridge/micro & in-room Keurig. Generous supply of towels, tons of counter space in bathroom & sparkling clean aside from some red mold in the walk-in shower & a few hard water spots. Easily accessible bedside & desktop outlets & free wifi w/ample signal. Slept well on super comfortable bed with lovely linens & fat, fluffy pillows. MUCH better than average continental breakfast including fresh fruit & REAL oatmeal (not instant!) w/nuts & raisins to round it out. B&G, bacon, mini omelets, crispy potatoes, etc. They'd done a really good job clearing the sidewalks & parking lot of snow from the last storm. Highly recommend & will definitely be my 1st choice in Lamoni!

Reasonably new rooms with modern decor and ample storage and device charging opportunities. Good equipment in the gym. However, the gym had a sign asking that equipment be wiped down after use but the dispenser for anti-bacterial wipes was empty and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. In the breakfast area the experience was similar: there were plenty of hot and cold food choices but despite only light use, the cleanliness was not as meticulous as some other Holiday Inn Expresses. Overall a good property that could be made great with attention to upkeep.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Limon, Colorado, and had an exceptional experience. The lady at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my stay that much better. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was truly the outstanding service from the staff that left a lasting impression.

Additionally, I highly recommend Oscar’s Grill, located just across the street. It’s the perfect spot for a meal and drinks if you’re looking for great food within walking distance. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through!

Very friendly staff. The check in process was great! I was able to enjoy a relaxing evening in a very clean room. The fitness center was small but very comfortable. I did visit the breakfast area, but really only got the coffee. There seemed to be a lot of choices for breakfast. Guessing that it was good for those who ate. Overall a great experience.
