We had a lovely visit at Hotel Frisco. The location was excellent, hotel cozy, parking convenient, and lobby well-stocked with snacks and warm beverages. Happy hour with the first drink free by the fireplace was lovely and the second floor lounge had games and a small library. The woman working at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Room sizes were more similar to a B&B or European hotel than an American chain, but we had plenty of room.

had the BEST stay at hotel frisco!! i cannot recommend it enough. affordable, perfect location, super cute rooms, and a cozy lobby with drinks and snacks! downtown frisco is adorable too with lots of local shops.

we were traveling in during a winter storm and the interstate was closed, so we had to get rerouted over an hour out of the way. the manager nancy texted me throughout the entire trip and helped with any concerns we had due to the storm. i haven’t had that great of customer service in a long time!

This hotel was the BEST find of our whole trip! Nancy, the General Manager, was the sweetest and helped with our accommodations after a long day of travel and made this experience a memorable one in the best way! I've never had customer service be this exceptional! So much so we are alredy planning our trip to Colorado next year around staying in this hotel. The room was perfect! Right in the middle of downtown Frisco, walking distance to all the best shops and food. So cute and exactly what we needed. The shower pressure was AMAZING!! The beds were so comfy and they lighting for makeup was supreme! We will be back year after year for sure. I can't wait to spend my birthday here year after year....come on 48!! 🙂

The room was pretty nice. Comfortable BUT the walls are thin. Our neighbor woke us up very early because they were talking/laughing on the phone. We had to slightly shout into the hallway to please quiet down.
The cleaning can be improved too. I kept seeing dog hair in the bedroom area and long hair in some of the towels 😐 Luckily i was too tired and sick from the altitude to pay too much concern to this.

The owner is the sweetest! She's so energetic and helpful!

Horel Frisco is an ideal location to stay to enjoy the town of Frisco! I particularly loved the boutique hotel feel and the ease of access. Every aspect of the hotel makes you feel like family. There is a robust coffee station with so many snacks! Happy hour is another huge value with this property. As a wedding planner, this is a perfect property for families to stay if having a wedding in Frisco! Highly recommended!
