We recently held our leadership conference at Hotel Polaris, and it was an amazing experience. The team members were welcoming, well-groomed, and very professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely put together. The conference facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a successful event.

Not once were we told “no” to any of our inquiries; the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious meals that catered to all dietary preferences. The overall ambiance of the hotel was both luxurious and inviting, making our stay truly memorable.

I would definitely visit Hotel Polaris again and highly recommend it for both business and leisure stays!

Hotel Polaris is an absolutely AMAZING property with an exceptional team that truly makes every guest feel special! Our company hosted our sales retreat here last month, and the experience exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Tiffany and Melissa, who greeted us at the entrance and gave us a delightful tour of the hotel. Their passion for the property shone through as they shared the rich history, thoughtful design elements, and the meticulous attention to detail that went into creating such a breathtaking space. We had our meeting in one of their smaller breakout rooms (Noctua, I believe) and we seriously felt energized and inspired! With floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the majestic mountain ranges, the setting was both inspiring and serene. It was the perfect environment for collaboration and focus, with a touch of luxury that made our retreat feel truly special.

Our lunch at Pamela's was an absolute highlight—not only is the restaurant beautifully designed, but the food was outstanding! Chef Nate personally came by to check on us, which added such a special and personal touch to the experience. To top it all off, we were surprised with a complimentary dessert that was as delicious as it was unexpected!

Every aspect of our short day-visit to Hotel Polaris was seamless and memorable. If you’re looking for a venue that combines elegance, exceptional service, and unforgettable dining, this is the place to be. I can’t wait for the next opportunity to return!

I just attended a conference at Hotel Polaris and wow did was it impressive! For a hotel having been open only a couple of months, their service was second to none. They were very attentive and well trained in proving exception service throughout all departments: front desk, housekeeping, outlets, banquets. Thy are located right at the entrance of the US Air Force and have a bridge to connect you over to the new Visitor Center that I understand is opening in December. The lobby bar offers a great vibe and open space concept...the burger here is delicious! The rooftop bar is a showstopper and makes this property a go-to! You must check it out...great for late night with indoor and outdoor space and the most incredible mountain views! They also have their signature restaurant, a diner and a little coffee shop...so many options! I'm impressed with just how much they offer! And how can I forget the flight simulator! While I wasn't able to try it out, I heard it was such a cool experience! Thank you Hotel Polaris! I can't wait to come back to visit!

I recently attended a conference for one day at this hotel, and I was truly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I could tell that the hotel focused on making sure everything was perfect for its guests. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, with a variety of delicious options, including healthy snacks that kept me energized throughout the day. The meeting space itself was beautiful, with plenty of natural light that created a refreshing and vibrant atmosphere.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for any conference or event. They’ve clearly put a lot of thought into every detail to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. I look forward to attending another event here in the future and hope to be able to stay overnight next time!

Stayed in a Mountain View suite and the views are truly amazing. The room is gorgeous and I was very impressed with every hotel staff member. They were all very helpful and accommodating and seemed very genuine in wanting my stay to be perfect. Recently stayed at another beautiful hotel that is Broad in luxury (hint, hint) and while the style here is different and the resort not as spread out, it was equally luxurious. But again, the staff were just so genuinely friendly. The location is so convenient to so many things, including the AF Academy but also lots of Colorado Springs’ best sites. Will be my first choice in the area going forward.

Wow. From the service to the quality of the room clean, the amenities and small personal touches, Hotel Polaris is the place to stay in Colorado Springs! Was extremely impressed with the stay. I received a refresh of my room early on in the day, then when I returned in the evening, the room was turned down with some delicious chocolate truffles. The quality of the cleans were way higher than expected. Every time I entered or exited the property, someone opened the door for me, no matter what time it was. The bell team insisted on loading my luggage into the limo for me, which was greatly appreciated. Stayed for a conference and the amenities were well thought-out and curated. The food was also great! Was absolutely blown away by our celebration dinner. I've never seen anything like it! Kudos to their event team. We were impressed with the food quality with how many participants there were. Nick, Drea, and the Guest Services/Housekeeping team work very hard to create a wonderful experience for their guests. Well done. 5/5!

Stayed at Hotel Polaris for four nights and had a wonderful time. Nestled in the Rockies, the location is striking, and the hotel itself is lovely with beautiful attention to details inspired by the US Airforce Academy. The room was very cozy, and the bed comfortable. They have a wide range of meeting rooms, all comfortable and bright. The staff is very friendly and eager to work there. We had a great dinner and brunch at Pamela's, and the rooftop bar had delicious cocktails and was a lot of fun.

This new Hotel is quite stunning. And while it is related and near the Air Force Academy...it has so much more to offer. The Spa is divine and I had a fantastic facial. I will be back for another soon! The food offerings were so yummy but my favorite was drinks at the rooftop. The view was fantastic and service too! Also special.was my well appointed King room with a view of the new Visitor Center and the Rockies in the background. Relaxing in grand style!
