The customer service was good. Sooo this was my first time here......I will have to try again in the future, hopefully after evidence of improvements. $10 entrance fee is bogus for people who get there early to pregame before a night on the town. The place was empty for the most part from 8:30-10:45pm there were only 6 customers inside. Bathrooms were disgusting!!!! We had to move several times upon entrance after ordering a Hookah due to certain areas being reserved with no stickers or signs on them. All reserve spots should have signs placed before opening to the public so guest don't have to continuously move around. Also here's a suggestion (free game), there should be a 24 to 48 hour reservation made to reserve sections, and on the day of first come first serve with time slots so early people time slots will be cheaper and the late comers can reserve sections that could also increase cash flow for the business and after that person leaves someone else can rent the section, so if someone else is present that hasn't rented the section they don't have to keep moving around or just increase the door fee so everyone is automatically given a section depending on the size of their party and time slot. The vibe was sooo great. ThecMusic even better. The service was Superb. We arrived a little early before the night crowd arrived. We're here visiting. But we plan to go back again before leaving the city. Drinks n Hookah on point!! The music just made this place.

Great vibe and atmosphere. Went on a Tuesday night and saw there was a lot of changes. Didn’t have too many liquors to choose from and also took a while for a hookah to come, but still a great vibe. I will return again for a nice weeknight chill vibe.

Location is nice, and looks like it can be an enjoyable place for music, socializing, and hookah. Humidor is minimally stocked, so better to bring your own. Limited bar options, but bartender was friendly and polite. Recommend NOT ordering food. Taste is ok, but very pricey, and kitchen shorted the order. Wait staff did nothing once informed, so very disappointing especially for the price. Went on a weekday, so crowd was minor, and no cover.

Paid $10 to get in on Saturday night. I was met by a really good waitress name Drika. Hush reminds me much about Miami. So if you've ever been to hookah lounge in Miami this is the place to be. Ask for drika.
