This is my first time at this location and staff was nice enough but I got taquitos which were about half full and so loose they fell apart trying to dip. Will continue to go to the Colfax location. Portions are bigger and more care is put into food.

This was thee WORST Pete’s experience EVER! We waited over an hour past the time our food was supposed to be ready. We tried to get a drink which took no shorter than 30 minutes from the one bartender, on a Friday DU hockey night. We waited so long for your food that we were made late for the DU game. We got in line and told the guy that we wanted a refund or our food. Chips were gone by then. The guy wearing sunglasses and a t shirt saying “vibe adjustment” took out order, was not helpful and then passive aggressively handed me my cold fish tacos. He needs to be fired! He was so unprofessional! I love petes but this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Whoever manages this store needs to be fired! I am so sadden that this happened. So much for the new renovations that were supposed to help the flow of this restaurant. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Shame on you for taking my money, not delivering and then giving me sub par food that was less than what we ordered. It was the worst petes food I have ever had! The worst experience i have had in a very long time. Go to any Pete's anywheres else! So disappointing!

Better than chipotle and more fresh ingredients aswell like healthier somehow! And they serve liquor. But really though, freaking delicious. I made nachos and thought my portions might be a bit off, thought she was skimping me, it ended up being two meals for me😅

I was very disappointed with my experience here. The bartender was great. She was very friendly and brought my drinks promptly. She even apologized for being "slow" with the water that I requested. She was busy but still brought it to me quickly.

The food service is where it went downhill. You cannot order food with the bartender. Your only options are either ordering on the app and picking it up or waiting in line. I opted to order on the app. It said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I went to grab my order when the app said "completed" and it was not ready. I was told it would be a few more minutes. 40 MINUTES later my food was ready and handed to me. I noticed that the line cook making the takeout orders was not making them in order. He just started asking people waiting what their name was and made their order. I should have spoken up. The food was great though but they clearly have issues dealing with takeout orders.
