I just recently moved in and I have to say WOW! Kari was incredible. I have had my fair share of moving and dealing with good and bad experiences and this has prompted me to ask A LOT of questions. Kari got back almost immediately and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Was always willing to help and go above and beyond.

I could not be happier with my choice or apartment complex and if anyone is undecided between this property and any other one, trust me when I say, " Choose this one! You will NOT regret it".

Knowing leasing staff is truly there to help you and the maintenance is on top of it, allows me not to be so stressed about things.

Aaron with the maintenance team has gone WAY beyond any expectations. Resolved my maintenance requests within maybe an hour, reached out to keep me in the loop in regards to what was taken care of and what required a small part to be ordered. I literally don't have enough good things to say. Pure white glove service.

We recently moved in and absolutely LOVE our new apartment. There were a few issues but the maintenance team (Juan & Aaron) took care of them immediately and everything is perfect now. The leasing agents were very friendly and did an excellent job with the leasing side of things. They were extremely professional and helpful assisting us with all our move in questions. We love the amenities here as well, it feels like a resort and they offer monthly resident gatherings too. We highly recommend checking this complex out if you are in search of a great place to live in Lone Tree.

I've lived at this IMT property for roughly a year and a half. The only instance of a maintenance issue occurred recently when I arrived home from work around 7:30 pm to realize the hot water wasn't working. I called the emergency maintenance hotline, and within the hour, Juan arrived to solve the issue. Juan is always incredibly respectful and friendly whenever I see him in the hallways, and upon arriving at my apartment late in the evening, it was no different. IMT is lucky to have such a great staff!

Our stay this summer at IMT @ RidgeGate was fantastic. We were remodeling our home 5 minutes away. Mackenzie was just so accommodating with our situation without having an exact move out date. The amenities are fantastic. When there were any maintenance issues in our apartment or the complex they were resolved promptly. The maintenance staff is extremely polite & quick to resolve any concerns. I would highly recommend the IMT @ RidgeGate.

Before I became a tenant six months ago, I must have visited 13 or other apartments buildings around SE Denver, many of which were at the same rent amount, but were much older complexes with detached garages, walkups to the second or third floor. All the amenities at the other locations worn out or in serious need of repair/upgrade and while they tried, none of them compared to THIS IMT location. From the first visit the entire team here has been on point, responsive, accommodating, and professional. Once I moved in, I noticed some interesting features designed into this building none of the others had, for example: I live on an upper floor an park on the same level as my apartment! Yep, no stairs or elevator after coming back from the store. Walk right in! Then the parking deck in not attached to most of the apartment structure and what that does is, prevents the vibration from the cars moving from transferring into your apartment. My unit is about 100' from the deck and I never hear anything! All the wall are sound proof in the units, which prevents 90% of the noise you normally hear in an apartment. The most disappointing things is the quality of the appliances. They are nice, looking but not built very well, but when I have had issues, the maintenance team responses the same day and promptly correct the issue, or have replaced the appliance as needed. All in all this is the best, nicest and most well run apartment building I have ever lived in or visited. I couldnt recommend this place more. Oh, in case your wondering.

I love this place! I love my apartment, the location, the amenities. Such a great maintenance and leasing team! The pool and hot tub are great with the cooking area. The fitness center is top notch. I love the rooftop patio and the library. The people are nice, and they have things going on which makes it feel like a real community.

I have lived at IMT Ridgegate for 3 years. During that time, the staff have been nothing but excellent. Kari, McKenzie, Jaz, Aaron and Juan have always taken great care of me. Everything from taking care of my pesky little problems with maintenance, to actually bringing in my groceries from the outside when Walmart failed to deliver. I could not have asked for better service. Keep up the great work and know that it is appreciated 🙂
