Came in with my sister in law and requested her a pedicure for her and a manicure full set for me. I guess there was an error in communication because when it came time to put on the full set, she started painting. Me, not knowing the process, was confused. But when she got the base color for the french tip I said wait, where are the nail tips. And she looked at me confused. Now from our conversation context I was even indicating I was getting a full set. “I broke my nail but once you put the nails on it’ll be okay”, “ I can’t scratch my back with round tips I have to get square” I had no nails! I can barely scratch my back now. Like what? Paid $40 for a cut and polish only. I could do all this by myself. Needless to say I will be removing and going somewhere else. The only reason it wasn’t a zero is because she seemed like she knew what she was doing.

My sis and I decided to put In the Clouds to the pedi test, and we were pleasantly surprised. Blanca and Noeli were our pedi pros, and they gave us the full royal treatment. They took their time, making sure each foot was silky smooth and perfectly polished. And, no crazy up-charging for extra services. They were cool with me adding on some callus removal to my gel pedi, that was only offered with the most luxurious package)—but I didn’t want all of the other services.

The only downside was the lack of AC, but they had fans going, so it wasn't a total meltdown. We were happy, and we'll def be back!

Got the works pedicure, which was great with Noelia. Very gentle and caring. I also had gel nails done with ombré look. It was my first time at “in the clouds”. Once all done, I noticed there some nails the acrylic was a little uneven, a few of imperfections in the gel polish. At the end, I was still happy with outcome.

Pedicure was good and long lasting, acrylic set within a week the polish started to chip and 2 nails just fell completely off. I work an office job so I’m not rough with my sets and this is the first set I’ve ever gotten from anywhere that nails break within 1 week of getting them done, the price was really up there too for a simple set $70. Would recommend pedicures only.

Blanca was very friendly and professional! She did a fabulous job on my gel pedicure and made time for me day-of. Her salon is clean and nice! I definitely will be returning!
