Still pretty decent place for barbecue. I haven't dined here in probably 25 years. The twice baked potato was not quite as fabulous as it could have been or used to be, the ribs were definitely good. My server was very pleasant and efficient.

I'm pretty particular about my ribs and I wish I'd have took a picture of them. I had looked at all the local rib spots and the pictures of there's looked the best. I ordered a whole rack and they looked exactly like the picture and delicious is an understatement. The owner came out and talked to us and our server Stephanie was on the spot. Will definitely be back!

Stopped in this restaurant to eat and I will say it is amazing. The food is to die for. I wish I could have ordered everything on the menu. I had the 3 meat meal which you can choose from a large variety of meat. Service was fantastic. Our waitress Alexis was the greatest ever. Jake, the owner came up and greeted us and talked. Super great guy. If you want great BBQ with a great atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely come back

Went there for the first time today and was extremely disappointed. Complete waste of money. The brisket is really dry, the okra was overly fried, the twice baked potatoes have potential if real cheese was used. The pork ribs were tuff and the beans were not that great either. I'm not one to leave reviews but this place was so bad I had to. The best thing about this place was leaving. I felt bad for the waitress for having to refill the soda so often because the cups are so tiny.

I read all of your comments on the bad reviews you get, you do not seem to care about making anything right. Why would I want to make Stephanie's day bad when this isn't about her. She did not prepare the crummy food. You guys have to know that your food is absolutely disgusting.

My family and I finally tried Jerry Neel’s today (after having tried most of the barbecue joints in Fort Smith over the years; some of them many times now). It was a really good experience overall, I must say! Not only were the ladies who took my order on the phone super friendly and accommodating from start to pickup, but our whole family really enjoyed their meals too (the others got a couple of burgers and fries, and another got a chopped pork sandwich, fries, and coleslaw). The fries were crispy and tasty. Some of the better fries we’ve had in a while (and we’re picky when it comes to our fries ?). My smoked sausage (pictured) was better than many that I’ve tried in the area, and not overly salty for that matter (one of my pet peeves with some others), and the the baked beans I got (also pictured) were some of the better, more memorable and distinctive beans I’ve gotten at a barbecue joint in some time. They stood out from the crowd. All in all, we really enjoyed our meal (without breaking the bank, by any means!), and I think we’ll be keeping Jerry Neel’s in mind for future barbecue cravings, for sure! ?

Catfish was delicious and our waitress Stephanie was so nice and checked on us many times. Also spoke with manager/owner and he was very nice and conversation was professional. We recommend this place for great eats and great atmosphere.

$22 wasted a 4 piece fish they fried it way to hard and the fish was so thin. No fish only breading. This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened they need a timer on the fryer because this is very disappointing and I will not go back. I only went for fish never BBQ
