This place is great when looking for a night out.
Bartenders are legit and throughout my experiences here Moscow Mules are have been my drink and on point.
Great band options and great Hospitality.
Last but never the Least, The Taco Lady!..
Fantastic food from the Tacos to the Quesadillas!...

The bartender made good mixed drinks. The service is great. People are nice. Played a couple games of pool. Listened to music from the juke box. Large selection of music. I had a really nice time. I will continue to go there.

We had a really great time here last night. My beautiful lady and I were looking for a no-hassle bar to have a drink and play pool. This was the exact right place! Within a minute of being inside we were getting tall beers poured into frosted glasses and the lady next to me was cracking up at my British accent! Later we got Kentucky Mules in copper cups which were very strong and cheap. My lady felt very safe when she stepped out to smoke as there was a no nonsense security guy working the door and looking out for her. We played pool, played tunes on the jukebox and are already looking forward to sneaking out when our kids aren't looking for a second trip.

Love it! Bartender Christian is friendly - on point, always have a wonderful time there. Owner Jim Kesler is a great guy, always has wonderful pool nights, good food, good times. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice time with friends or family.

I really like this bar. It is the best one in Vallejo for sure. The owner, James is a really nice man and the bartenders are friendly and fast too. On top of it all; there is a lady who keeps it really clean and comfortable and thats really important for a business establishment where you sit and visit with patrons and have some drinks. I definitely will be back and tell my family and friends where they can go and have a great time in a very nice and clean enviroment. Keep up the great work Kesler's you have a great establishment and James you have great people working for you! Kudos to you!

I don't know how I've lived in Vallejo for the past 3 years and I've never gotten around to visiting Kessler's. I had an amazing time! The music was on point, the crowd was cool, engaging and fun, the drinks were cool and the atmosphere and setting were welcoming, casual and comfortable. There was a mixed crowd, in fact, I believe every race was represented, and the mood felt engaging and commeradery was definitely displayed. I will absolutely be going again as soon as I can, and I can see this place becoming a regular spot for me! Kudos!

Very average experience. My girlfriend and I, both in our early twenties, went to check this place out. First thing i noticed was the age of the crowd, definately an older bunch. The only people present when we got there around 7:45 were a few 'regulars' talking to the bartender. The bartender was nice but didn't know how to make several drinks we asked for (Tic-Tac, Trashcan, not difficult drinks but definately for younger folks). The regulars made a snide comment when I attempted to order a drink that the bartender didn't know, probably because I looked about a third his age. First drink we got was strong but the second was incredibly weak, not really sure there was even alchohol in it. The bar seemed clean and had pool tables available for a dollar per game, which I found strange because most bars i've been to charge no more than 50 cents. Live entertainment for the night was enjoyable, but we left before they really got going. The drinks were reasonably priced but not notably good. We might visit in the future but I'm not sure this is the bar for us, seems like just your average bar.

Increasingly more difficult to call myself a "regular" here anymore. The one, most frequent bartender is more interested in smoking a cigarette or checking out his phone, than catering to customers. Sadly, I am NOT the only one who notices this, and even the most recent bar manager wanted to get rid of him, but was overruled by the owner. This bar will continue to suffer very poor patronage because of poor management.
Oh..did I mention that there have been several occasions where they have been WITHOUT alcohol? I'm talking their fast moves like Jameson, Crown, and JD. Even if you get a bartender who's attentive, you may not get the drink you came in for!
