The chicken fritters were great, including the greenery that came w/ it! The dressing was 🤌🏼
The pool is small but we had plenty of room! The views of the mountains are pretty.

I visited this location on a Monday and loved the environment, the calm and chill vibe of the bar. I loved our server when we got there, but I guess she left because we had a guy “help” us after 30 minutes or so. He seemed really into talking to the bar tender rather than helping us and so we had one more round of drinks and left. We would have loved to stay a bit longer but the vibe just changed. We got there around 5pm, so we were on the roof around sunset time. The happy hour menu was good, the drinks were tasty, the Rosé was not my favorite though. I would recommend this location for the view, pool, and overall vibes.

This is not a restaurant. It is a pool side bar with a small menu. The ceviche and French dip appetizers were good. The view was good. If you want a drink at a roof top bar that has some food this is the place. If you want a roof top restaurant this is NOT the place. Oh, the plastic forks, knives, spoon, and cups were great. :/

I’ve been coming to this hotel/rooftop for years. It used to be easy going and had great servers. Kisbee on the roof has completely taken over the pool area and requires reservations now. It’s unfortunate for hotel guests who want to utilize the pool as a part of their hotel experience and then can’t because they’re full with reservations with guest who aren’t even staying at the hotel.

We used to be able to sit wherever we want. They now have cabanas for “reservations only” so even if they have no reservations for that cabana they don’t let you sit there. Which is honestly just ridiculous if they aren’t booked just let hotel guest enjoy their time up there. We really miss the way they used to run the place and especially miss our favorite server Autumn!

The BEST stop to watch sunset in Denver. You get an amazing view of the city with 180 degree view of the mountain range. It is romantic for date night but also perfect for a girls night out and also can duel as a great meeting spot to get drinks with coworkers after work. The food is great, service has always been wonderful. Whenever friends come to town this is always a spot I bring them to!

We went in person to make a reservation. The staff ignored us for a full 15 minutes while we were standing in-front of them. After we gave them our information they said 45 min to an hour. Hours later we still hadn't heard from them. Called them and they were unapologetic and just told us they were "full". They strung us along, they could have simply told us and we could have made other plans. There was no attempt to make it right. Just a sorry out of luck. Suspicious for 5 hours they couldn't fit in 2 people. Either the hosts don't know what they are doing or they know €x$a¢tl¥ what they are doing. Such a disappointment because we picked the hotel to try the roof top. Will not return here or recommend to anyone.

Drinks are not good. It takes forever to get what your order the view is great but that’s about that. The only thing I will recommend in this place is to come over for one drink it will take them about 45 minutes so you can enjoy the view and than you can leave.
