Can't say the food was that much better than other similar places. I've had worse for sure, and Koibito met my poke bowl expectations with no disappointments. I CAN say the manager was one of the best personal interactions I've had in a while; the food was fresh, and the place was very clean. I enjoyed lunch so much I came back for dinner after work to try different stuff. Kids working the night shift were way pleasant and helpful as well.

Super fresh, flavorful, great poke. Great topping selection and sauce flavors are amazing! No nickle and diming toppings. AND DOLE WHIP SOFT SERVE New favorite sushi/poke spot. Will be back.

The service was amazing. It’s hard to find quality service these days and let me tell you… the older gentleman working was phenomenal. He was so informative and let me sample items and told me what went well together. He was friendly and kind! I honestly left thinking… wow… what an amazing experience! He definitely needs a raise and he’s worth it! Food was amazing and fresh. Lots of flavors. It is pricey but you can get so many things added. Highly recommend! Great place and amazing service! 10/10!

Just had an amazing tuna bowl here. The place is so clean, prices are reasonable, good sized portions, and awesome customer service. There woman who served me was very sweet and helpful. Great place for a healthy and super tasty meal!

Didn't know this place was here until I got a coupon offer on Facebook. We went to give it a try and I would say everything was really delicious, the way they have it set up you kind of make your bowl as you go or you can choose one that they've already made up for you. The interior of the restaurant is pretty basic fast food style. But the food was very good service was excellent

This bowl really packed a punch. That Hansen employee is awesome. He really knows how to make some poke. On my entrance today he was training a new employee named Luke but made sure to make me his first commitment. Great stuff
