Finally!! A brewery where you can also get a good cocktail! The Moscow mule was great! I loved this place! The colors and decor are very pleasing. The atmosphere is casual and sophisticated.
Their pizzas are wonderful and the GF crust is delicious!! Pretzel bites and sausage were also very good. The chips and queso were good, but for the price ($7 for a handful of chips), the portion was lacking and barely shareable! Staff was friendly and restroom was clean! They offered a game shelf and some fun swag. I also loved that they had regular tables, bar height tables and a more cozy couch option for seating. They also have a nice, large, east facing patio area with patio heaters.
The one thing that would elevate the experience is to offer the Mules in copper mugs!

Loved the friendly staff! The non-alcoholic and food selection was impressive for a brewery, but the beers are also great. Fun atmosphere too!

GREAT spot! Clean spot, ample seating (loved options of tables for large parties and lounge chairs) AMAZING food (literally-the pizza and sausage bites (annd dipping sauce) and wings were all amazing). Great options for GF people (in fact, my friend with celiac said it was the “best GF pizza I’ve ever had!” I got the sour beer and it did not disappoint. Our other group members got the IPA and also reported it was great. We also loved that there are also mixed drink options for those who don’t want beer/can’t drink beer. GREAT margaritas (like homemade sweet and sour mix!) We had Addison as our attentive server, who knocked it out of the park. Not to mention, they had a ton of board games that were also clean and not grimy! 10/10 recommend and WILL be back!

Overall, Konstruct was a nice experience. Getting to the bar to order is a little harder than it should be but the service was great. The food is as pricey as one should expect when you go to a brewery—almost $20 for a flatbread is a bit steep. I loved the patio and general vibe of the brewery, very family friendly. Here are my ratings for the beers:
Spangler's Saison - 8/10 and best of the beers I tasted
Sag Wagon Stout - 6/10, lacked the body of a stout
Kraftsman Cream Ale - 5/10 creamy but severly lacked depth of flavor
B-side Amber - 7/10 pretty standard and slightly bitter
Raspi Sour - 7/10 good flavor but "big tartness" is wildly exaggerating. Think more "sippin pretty" when ordering this than "la folie"

Stopped in during a bike ride. What an awesome place! Great beer, food, and friendly, personalized service. Indoor and outdoor seating, will definitely be back for a meal - they have wings, flatbread pizza, and appetizers.

Met five friends for a beer at Konstruct brewing. Consensus was their beers tend to show a lovely freshness across the board! We also tried a vegetable hummus platter. Very flavorful. Good experience overall. It was a Monday afternoon just as they opened at 2 PM.

Nice, new brewpub with friendly and personable service, good selection of beers (we tried a few on a flight - all were great), and a nice atmosphere. The brewer, Brian, came out to chat and gave us some excellent recommendations for our time in Fort Collins. It's one of the things I love about craft beer culture, and Konstruct checks all the right boxes.

I was really excited to go here initially but couldn't recommend it with other options close by.

Tried 6 beers in a flight with someone and all but 1 were either inconsistent or had a watery "thin" mouth feel - the person I was with was underwhelmed.

As a sour lover I wasn't impressed with the sour on tap. There was a stout on their menu I did enjoy and would return for if it was convenient that being said it was standard, and nothing special.

With Zwei on the other end of Harmony and DC Oaks just a stones throw away, it's hard to justify a stop here unless you really dig the atmosphere and patio.

Service was perfectly fine - lighting was a bit bright for me to enjoy a beer - opted to sit outside despite cooler weather.
