The ramen here is just amazing, I can’t get enough! Every one of them is a hit. I’ve tried some of their non-ramen menu items and they’re pretty good, no complaints, but their ramen is the way to go.

The restaurant is not huge so it can get full easily. There is indoor and outdoor seating but I’ve only ever sat indoors.

The service has always been good from my experience.

Parking is tight in the immediate lot but there is a good amount of space around the area.

Absolutely delightful ramen, and a delightful patio with a great view of the mountains. It's my weekly treat for myself. I highly recommend getting the Tonkontsu Black and having it made spicy!

Not sure where to begin but let’s go with the Ramen brittle Green Tea Ice cream. Yes, dessert first for the review ha! The ramen brittle was unexpectedly bomb. When I saw it on the menu, I had no clue what it meant… just another unique eats to try. The green tea flavoring of the ice cream was REALLY light. Good texture though. It’s bigger than it looks on the menu. I was eating solo for dinner and since I already had a huge ramen, I couldn’t finish it. I think it was a serving for 3 people after each person eating a huge ramen.

For the ramen I had the tonkotsu black ramen and added some spice to it. It’s a large serving. I finished it because It was so good! The richness of the broth was remarkable. Texture and smoky flavor of the chicken kept pushing me to finish every bite of it.

I got seated quick around 6:30p Saturday night. I was a solo diner. The space is small inside but there’s an outside I couldn’t see how big it was.

Everything here was outstanding. The Pork Katsu is particularly excellent. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this place to anyone who likes good quality Japanese cuisine.

I had lunch here at Kontentsu for some more Japanese Ramen and Dishes for earlier today! They've added more menu, serving with freshly prepared ingredients with the quality you can see and taste!
I ordered Spicy Miso Black Garlic Ramen with a Shrimp Albacore roll and a side of Karaage fried chicken. All of the dishes were tasted, fresh sushi rolls, crunchy fried chicken dipping in mayo sauce and the Ramen had a perfect broth with lots of ingredients which satisfied my Ramen cravings!
They got great balcony seating area in the back which also gives you great atmosphere, fresh air since it's surrounded by some mountains and the music that they playing in the background also added a great dining experience!
Will comeback for more and if anyone of you never tried the Japanese food here, I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY SHOULD! Located at Montrose Shopping Park in Northern Part of Glendale.

We came here while visiting LA. We sat outside and it was beautiful. Very nice ambiance and the music they played was nice. The food was great. We had the kimchi ramen, tonkatsu ramen, kaarage chicken curry and california poke. The staff was very nice and overall we had a great experience.

They updated thier sushi rolls. To bigger portions and chunks of salmon! Amazing!. I have the salmon lotus roll. ( the lotus chip is a decorative piece more than an edible one. Twas very very hard to eat without feeling you might hurt a tooth, but that didn't stop me from enjoying the rest of the roll!)

The ramen is always fantastic, had most of them by now. Intresting how they control the level of season/saltyness by not having soy sauce on the table tops. I also don't mind it, for it gives a better depth of flavor vs just getting a flavor bomb of the biggest notes when you add more salt/soy sauce. As I found out when my family added the left over soy sauce from the sushi roll to thier ramen.

Overall, its a really great place for ramen and now sushi!!!!
