Not really big on reviews but after trying to talk to who I believed to be the responsible parties still didn’t get anything resolved. So the empty cup is my second drink lol after i asked for light ice and the bartender was extremely rude. So the full cup was my first drink which was 75% ice for $16+ Plus i was charge $21+ for my second drink since it’s after 7pm lol this is like my 4th time here and never heard, but i paid. Bartender was extremely rude and when confronted she just didn’t care. Not coming back here ever again because we spoke to who we believed to the manger and was brushed off. Poor customer service could easily be resolved if people are receptive of critique from paying customers. It’s a never again for me

This place is in a super sketchy area. The security is psychotic. Saw them pepper spray someone for no reason who was calmly leaving the venu right in the middle of everyone also getting the spray on the faces of the other people. When she went back again calmly to ask why she had been pepper sprayed the guard didn't say anything he just sprayed her again. Saw another security guard standing over her while she was suffering in pain taunting her, laughing, asking her if she wanted a bottle of water but then wouldn't give it to her. I asked what she did but didn't get an answer. Wouldn't go the there ever again. That scared me.

They sold alcohol to minors! They made the entire experience awful! A total scam, they charged $35 dollars for people to enter. After selling the alcohol to minors (without IDing them) they proceeded to snatch the drink from the minor and then kick them off saying they shouldn’t have bought the drink. But the bartender didn’t ID anyone so they took 45 dollars from this specific group.

First time ever going to this lounge going there for a concert. They didn't work with the artist with the sound went to the restroom when I first got there one of the bathrooms. There had no door. One of the other toilets were flooded and water was all over the floor. by the end of the night when I went to the restroom again all the bathrooms are flooded. The floor was full of water and full of toilet paper and it was disgusting.? I wouldn't recommend going to this place whatsoever ever again. The streets were filthy. It smelled like piss everywhere you walked. There was bad parking all around horrible experience.

Absolutely love this place!
Such a vibe and the ladies are all so beautiful. At first I was just ordering drinks with my amazing bartender krissy then I ended up getting a bottle and tia was right on it.

Love the ladies, love the food at abs kitchen, Love the place!
I will definitely be back next week!

Didn't get see the show what I was there for. Open late.. bathroom disgusting. The place in side was ok. Bar tenders was awesome. Probably won't be back

Location is trash. Seen about 30 rats just trying to park. Inside looks okay until you get to the restroom. No upkeep throughout the night. Passed on food being sold just knowing place is surrounded by rats and homeless camps. Bartender had horrible customer service skills. I Will never be back.
