SO DISAPPOINTING… This was the worst experience I have ever had!!!! The pedicure was a whole 8 mins ..My nails and toe nails look horrible the LADY did NOT know what she was doing!!!!! They didn’t push my cuticles back and my nails look like they have been on for over a week.. There is NOTHING AT ALL good to say about this place except the older lady at the front counter was really nice but that’s the ONLY thing I have good to say. They even charged my friend for her daughter to sit in the pedicure chair and didn’t even do a pedicure on her!!!! NO water NO NOTHING !!! She is 3 and wanted what her mom got.. They only painted her toes .. NEVER AGAIN!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! This was my 2nd and last time with this place and both times were horrible!!!!

Not friendly, water was cold, had to ask to put the color pedicure tab in water. Didn’t use pumas bar on feet. Put the hot wax on feet and removed them immediately didn’t massage feet or anything. Brush toenails with brush not soap left with my feet looking the same as when I went in there polish done horribly. Will not ever go back.

I stopped at this salon today, despite the low reviews. This is partially my fault for not taking other reviews seriously. I asked the lady at the front if they had time to do a pedicure and a full set for me. There were only two other people inside of the salon at the time. They insured insured me they could, and asked me if I could sit down to get a full set first. I told them I needed to get a pedicure for sure done and if they couldn’t do it to let me know because I needed both done. They said it would not be an issue. After the lady began doing my nails, she tried to shape them in an almond form, but it was very lumpy and bumpy. I had to point out several spots where she did not color my nails with polish. She told me she would file it down later, so I waited. Once she claimed she was done with the polish, I again told her there were a ton of space that still needs polish. She did not say anything or fix the issue. I again asked her to please put polish where it was missing and she did so. After she was done, she walked to the checkout and I asked her if she was going to be doing my pedicure. She stated they were closing at seven and she wasn’t going to do it. I told her that they assured me they could do the pedicure and I asked why they weren’t able to do so now. She said they were closing soon and would not have time. I told her that was the whole reason I stayed there, and her and other employees began getting mad at me and telling me they were not doing it and I needed to pay. I did not feel like I needed to pay for the services due to there not being paint on certain parts of the nail, But I did pay $65. I have attached photos of the chipped nail polish right after leaving the salon, and then two hours after leaving the salon. The chrome color flaked off and it now looks terrible. I would not go here at all and if you’re debating it take the bad reviews seriously.

My nail tech Julie (not sure if spelling is correct) is absolutely AMAZING. I stopped going everywhere else and only go to her. She does exactly what I ask for every single time and it's always fairly priced. Plus she's a sweetheart. 10/10

I was a walk in yesterday and they were super quick with getting me in! I went in for a gill but ended up getting dip powder applied to my natural nails. It didn't take any time at all to soak off my nails and re-do them! Id highly recommend them!

We love going here! We always have a good experience. They always make over my little girl and make her feel so special. Even going next door and getting her something from burger king when she said she was hungry. Their pedicures are my favorite! They are great with designs too. I only wish they took appointments because sometimes the wait can be long if they get really busy.

Love Ly and Joe. They are the sweetest people. Always go out of their way to make me happy. Love the dip. It last longer. If you are hard on your nails don’t get regular polish or gel. Get the dip. I hate to see people on here complaining about reg polish and gel not lasting long. If you do a lot with your hands, it’s not going to. Ever since I started getting the dip I have no problems. They are very accommodating and professional.

I purchased a gift certificate for my daughter for.Valentines Day. It was for the Volcano Pedicure in the amount of $58. This particular pedicure was described as including a sugar scrub, foot and leg massage using hot stones as well as volcanic explosion aroma scents and a nail polish of her choice. Normally this would take approximately no less than 45 minutes to an hour to complete. She was there maybe 35 minutes. To top it off when she went to check out although a man had done her pedicure, the lady who checked her out said the cost was $45 (please keep in mind she requested the Volcano pedicure when she arrived and they were not busy as it was he middle of the day), she again stated to the lady that she was paying with a gift certificate and the lady said, “oh okay we just keep the extra for tip”. Umm, no ma’am…that’s not how that works. Needless to say, I will not go there anymore if they can’t even offer the service that I paid for and then they take it upon themselves to keep a tip they clearly didn’t earn.
