My husband and I absolutely loved working with Laurie and her team from La Cuisine of Evergreen for our wedding. From the time we first inquired, to our wedding day, they were incredible. Laurie was always extremely responsive and helpful, and did whatever it took to give us exactly what we wanted, and at a GREAT price. Other catering companies are incredibly expensive, but La Cuisine was very reasonable in their prices, and Laurie did what she could to keep costs down. We got to do a tasting at their deli in Evergreen to help us decide exactly what we wanted. We ended up choosing 3 stations: a taco bar, an Asian station, and a slider/hotdog station. They were so fun—our guests loved it all! Great staff, delicious food. We would highly recommend La Cuisine!

La Cuisine of Evergreen Catering provided the most delicious BBQ buffet, excellent service and attention to detail! Laurie, Lisa and the entire team at La Cuisine recently catered a special event for us to welcome home our son from the military & to celebrate his engagement to his lovely bride-to-be! Working with La Cuisine was a huge part of our wedding planning process and we are so glad we could support their business. Laurie helped us formulate many details of our wedding; she is best in industry! They accommodated us when we wanted to come taste one other element of our chosen meal (mexican buffet). Laurie and her team did a great job catering my son's "Colorado Wedding" at the Evergreen Lakehouse. She was a pleasure to work with and the food was excellent. The staff, including bartenders, were very professional and friendly.

We ordered lunch for 35 people for an all day Saturday training and the delivery showed up right on time. They accommodated our 2 Gluten Free employees and all of the sandwiches & soup were delicious. They even brought peanut butter cups to put around the tables for decoration. We will definitely be using them again!

We used La Cuisine for our wedding in Evergreen, and they REALLY really exceeded my expectations.
First of all, the day of service was AMAZING. Every single one of their staff was ON TOP OF IT. They were consistently checking on us, and anytime I even had a question or request, it was done as if the queen herself had asked.
The initial factor that drew me to them was their pricing. They are extremely reasonably priced and even had discounts based on hosting at one of their preferred venues. But, for the price, you really do get great food. We wanted casual, and went with their BBQ menu, and it was surprisingly delicious. I did notice some things were better than others, like the BBQ focused food was GREAT, but we also got a simple chicken with a light sauce, and a Swedish meatball for cocktail hour, and those seemed slightly more mediocre. So it's possible a fancier menu with plated food may not be their specialty. But the corn bread was TO DIE FOR, and their brisket, beans, corn, everything else was great.
We also hired them for set up and clean up at the end, and they were so helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend using them if you are looking for a lot of hands on help, and great casual food.

Laurie and her staff at La Cuisine are the best. We have used them several times for catering orders and the food is always delicious and beautifully arranged. Laurie is great to work with. I highly recommend La Cuisine for any catering needs - they can accommodate large or small orders and always make it look and taste great! Their deli sandwiches are also amazing. 🙂

I highly recommend La Cuisine for catering any event. My husband and I hired La Cuisine for our wedding, and I am SO glad we did! They worked with us to be within our budget (which was tight), the prices are much more reasonable in comparison to several other quotes we received.
