Had lunch and even tho it was after the church lunch rush one server who I didn't get his name but he was busting his a** and got every taken care of. I met the cooks after all the large crowds left on our way out and they were young as well and the food was beyond amazing and not just for a small town either like legit good chit man!! Proud to be a new member of the "Burg" family and this will be a good to place for me and my fam

The young woman that was working there said that she didn't have enough money to make change for me in her register if it was okay if I was short $4.00 then a man at the end of the bar gave her some ones to help out. This kind of short on money thing has happened to me twice that I have ordered from this restaurant and then I was shorted on my change when I got to my vehicle I counted my change and the person that was working the second time didn't know how to count out change. I definitely will NOT be going back to this place again.

Small, unique town.

Had the ribeye here: it was delicious. Cooked in a cast iron pan to perfection.

Our waitress, Candice was fantastic and provided great service. She offered to show us the renovation of the hotel rooms that have been done over the past few months: the rooms are spacious and beautiful, so nice I wish I hadn't made a blind reservation to the local Best Western before we arrived in town.

Built in 1907 and slowly being brought back to life. I'm a hotelier myself and the beauty and effort the staff are putting in to the building is beautiful to see and feel. Stay here, you won't regret it.

Absolutely loved this place! Karen and her staff are wonderful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling. The rooms are very homey and welcoming. Our family of 5 enjoyed the common room for watching movies and playing card games. The family suite was perfect for us.

We stopped here while traveling and had a great experience.We had a great dinner here. The food was delicious and the service was superb. After dinner we were given a tour of the hotel which was recently remodeled. Next time we pass through town we plan to stay here and have dinner. Well worth a stop!

Chelsea's restaurant is going downhill in service and food.. Started out good but we will no longer go, Cant seemed to get the meals cooked as ordered, $$$ now they are closed as of 10/22/2024 according to walsenburg post

I stayed here on my way from Peoria Illinois to Las Vegas for business and I would definitely stay there again
