Great reliable transit and friendly office staff. Took the first Konocti Volcano bus trip to top of the Mountain. Driver was excellent and friendly. Knowledge about local history. Excellent docent. Bus or hike-irs worth it!

Very unprofessional especially the for 3 bus driver. They took my wallet which has a tracking device and are claiming it's not my wallet. My wallet that was left on the last bus 3 as I was the last patron leaving there's no reason my wallet should not of been turned in and reclaimed . This is complete c@#$

The Folks in the Office are very kind and helpful, I've never had to take the County Transit but I went looking for work and they were nothing but helpful and positive. The Transit system can get you anywhere in the county and outside the county if you need it.

It is like someone who wants to make life difficult for others designed the schedule. None of the busses meet at the stops for convenient transfers...you'll likely have to wait an hour somewhere ?

They are absolutely wonderful out of all of us companies I've ever dealt with in my life and I have been running buses for the last 30 years Sonoma County Lake Transit Santa Rosa city Golden Gate Transit Greyhound so on and so forth I've never had a driver know us as personally as these drivers to in the short amount of time loveday up Grove if they do not know you and ask you what your name is they talk with you through absolutely wonderful people I love Lake Transit
