I have lived at Legend Flats for over a year now and I have not experienced any of the negative issues posted by others. The location is great, tucked away next to a residential community. Apartments have great upgrades and open floorplans. Complimentary internet is included in all apartments, with full size washer/dryer. My dog loves the oversized dog park, as well as the pet spa. The year around hot tub is great, as well as the 24 hour fitness center, which I have made many resolutions to visit. Maintenance has always addressed any issues with professionalism and promptness.

Maintenance is very slow to respond if you have a maintenance issue. You can usually find them chatting with management in the clubhouse. Turnover is high. People rarely stay at this property for more than a year. Why try and afford the rent when there are newer nicer places that cost the same. Just a heads up..Chances that your ac will not work or that it will have major issues is highly likely.

Sharing as it's been a week now & we had to have someone else fix our garage key as the maintenance request still was never fulfilled & if I'm paying $125 a month for a garage I'm expecting to use it at my convenience not theirs. Imagine having my car in there & going so many days with no access to it. It's unbelievable. & also our building you'll come to find weeks of trash bags outside of ppls doors or balconies. The smell of Marijuana will invade your home through the vents. The staircase if you live on the 2nd floor will either be full of dirt or come winter full of snow & ice where it's not being cared for often. We pretty much have to do it ourselves now but be careful as the only place for that stuff to go is the neighbors below you & that can be trouble for you. Same with the parking lots there's not enough spots for each building as most residents have 2 cars per apt. All these have been brought to the offices attention previously.

6 years there. Was fine until Tammy took over as property manager. No lease violations or neighbor complaints. Still wouldn't let us renew our lease due to her petty vindictiveness for my asking she simply do her job. Actually did us a favor, less rent where we are now, much quieter, clean, well maintained and plenty of parking by my new place. PS it was like a landfill at Legend Flats, see photos and their 3.7 stars.

Though I am not a resident, my boyfriend of two years has been living there for 2 months. We both have rented a number of “college houses” and have a fair bit of rental experience. This place is by far the least responsive, helpful, and honest place we have both experienced. They promised him and his roommate a concession of $500 off (which they have the paperwork to prove) and they instead gave $250 off, and charged them the other $250 with no notice or warning. Because of this, they gave him a late notice on his door. On move in day, nobody told them they needed to pay the prorated amount for the rest of the month AND the following month’s rent in full. They ended up paying somewhere around $2k when the only email they were sent stating move in costs was somewhere around $600. Only to be told on move in day that their AC doesn’t work. They have had a technician come out two or three times, but that’s it. It’s been about a month since anybody has done anything to fix the AC despite follow ups. Every time they ask questions they are met with more excuses and no solutions or time frames. I work in the leasing industry so I’m very familiar with these processes and this is, frankly, embarrassing and scammy. Would not recommend.

Both Lori's are completely unprofessional and not very good at their job. Don't expect anything to happen outside "their time". Rude, lacks knowledge of profession and tries to insult. Plus the apts are set up really odd shaped. Would rather rent week to week than deal with either Lori on any day.

When we moved in here in 2019 it was the first apartment complex that I had ever lived in. From the start we felt very informed about the apartments and the nearby places and shopping centers. We noticed that the landscaping was very well tended to and the buildings well maintained and serviced. One of the best things about living here was how helpful we found management when we had questions or how on the few occasions we needed maintenance, there was always someone to help.

A special thanks to Tammy and Laura! My family has enjoyed living here and we have enjoyed and used all the clean and neat facilities you have at Legend Flats. We will miss living here as it was the first and best experience I've had living at an apartment complex that felt like home. The flats are modern well designed and appliances have been very new including the washer and dryer. Our garage kept our vehicle neat and protected. Thank you maintenance for keeping the apartment property clean and neat. We hope to do business with Echelon Property Group again!
