I don't normally trust people with my personal information but I feel comfortable the people working at this District. They are polite, friendly, and upfront about any charges. In the last two years not a single experience with them has been less than decent. If I did have any complaints it might be about wait time since in store payments can get quite busy, but they are quick enough that I've never had to wait more than 5-10 min. I'm really glad they are my water company.

I think they need to go once a yr and do a check on the meters and valves. Arboga Grand area in west linda is old and the valves are worn down and most of the people in the area have no idea that they there could be leaks. went to my grandmas house and noticed her water bill is high and seen there is a leak with the water valve on the meter. the valve looks like it is at least 40 yrs old rusted and gross. how would a 90 yr old women know to look!

Every time I’ve gone to pay my bill everyone has been kind and receptive.
When I’ve called with questions the employees have been very forthcoming.

Sure wish they had e-bill service or sent monthly emails with statement info. A flimsy postcard is out dated!

Still lives in the dark ages, no online bill pay. And not condusive for military customers, and the convenience (inconvenience charge is a joke). I make sure to use a card I know charges the highest processing fee just because of it.

I moved to Olivehurst on February 1, 2017. I am renting a home on Garden Ave. which is probably the smallest house I have ever seen (550 cu ft). I pay for electricity, gas, water and sewage. I was told by the Linda Water District when I went in to give them a $100 deposit that there is a base pay of over $40 plus usage. I don't mind paying for what I use but the $40+ is where I have a definite problem. There are "perks" for home ownership and it seems to me that "home owners" should be the ones liable for the $40+ fee. I signed a years lease (big mistake on my part) but you can bet your sweet bipee that I will be relocating when my "time" is up.
