I recently dined at Lotus Blossom, and I have to say, it was an extraordinary culinary experience. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the steak. Cooked to perfection, each bite was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The seasoning was expertly balanced, enhancing the natural richness of the meat without overpowering it.

Equally impressive was the hibachi fried rice. Served with a delightful mix of vegetables and perfectly cooked eggs, it had a wonderful smoky aroma and a subtle hint of garlic that elevated the dish. The rice was fluffy yet slightly crisp on the edges, showcasing the skillful technique of the chef.

Load blossom used to be my go-to place for Chinese American food This location has really gone downhill all the food on the buffet was cold and nothing seemed to be replaced everything seemed to be just sitting there for hours at a time and at one point even a customer came in and said this is the worst restaurant in Stuttgart. I can't say that I would recommend this place because even though I had a small portion from the buffet it was still not up to par highly not recommended.

When I first showed up, I thought they were just a buffet. Luckily they also serve individuals dishes at the tables. Although it was super busy when I first got there, the staff was super friendly and got my orders in without any issues. I had the 8 oz. Filet steak and it was perfect! Tender and properly seasoned. Definitely recommend checking out the menu outside the buffet. Well worth it.

The servers were too busy on their phones to notice me both when I came in and when I was ready to check out. The only food items that were good were the General Tsao's chicken and the fried chicken wing. I tried their "house noodles", pictured below, which is basically dry ramen noodle with pieces of ham and the tiniest shrimp you will ever see in your life. I also tried the "glassy noodles", but I couldn't stand to take a bite because it smelled awful. Not sure how to describe the smell, but it was really bad. I tried the fried butterfly shrimp which tasted like it had been fried in old grease. It was just not good.
