I love this place and always recommend it to my friends. Charley is so good at my blonde (especially from when I started with red). My hair is always lusciously soft when I leave and grows out perfectly the way she does it. It feels so healthy even weeks/months after it’s colored/bleached.
I also get my lashes done here from Harmonie and I always leave feeling glamorous. The prices here are awesome and reasonable. They are also always so sweet; I literally feel like part of a family when I go here.
I have had many friends take my recommendation to go there and they leave feeling the same positive way. Love you guys!

So I went to Sarah for years. After a while she started to get lazy with my hair. I would not recommend her to others. She turned my roots an orange tint and then but a shadow on it to fix it. Did not work. I decided to give her another chance out of loyalty as I had been going to her for years. Take a look at how that turned out in the photos I posted. I could not believe it! I texted her to let her know I would be going somewhere closer to home and she never spoke to me again. I had to get a shorter hair cut because of how much damage she did to my hair. Regardless of all of that… she is not professional.

I have been going to Lux for well over 7 years. My lash needs have always been met. Harmonie is a magician with them and even when I ask for the impossible I leave absolutely nothing short of amazed. My mom also goes to Charley for her hair and she has never been happier! All around great and welcoming place to be! Thanks Ladies you truly rock!

I'm not one who ever wants to take time out of their life to write a negative review,  but when you receive the kind of service I did - it needs to be noted. So here we go... this was my experience at "Lux Beauty Lounge" -

I scheduled an appointment for a haircut with a woman named Sarah for the first week of January.  I had an event scheduled on New Year's Eve and was fortunate enough to find another salon close by that was able to fit me in for a quick haircut before New Year's. I received a text  reminder from "Lux Beauty Lounge" regarding the appointment and called them to advise that I was able to get in somewhere sooner and graciously cancelled my appointment. Day of my CANCELLED appointment, I received a voice mail from Sarah who rudely said "I am calling to see where you are at, if you do not show, I will NOT be rescheduling". Once I heard the voice mail I phoned the salon immediately. Sarah answered the phone, and I explained the situation, I also advised that it was unprofessional to leave a message with that tone when I did in fact cancel this appointment with a gentleman who works at Lux Beauty Lounge. She rudely said "there are no men who work here" and then continued to blame the incident on the fact that there are 2 salons with the same name, and this "happens often". My view is this - if it "happens often", and I DID in fact call Lux Beauty Lounge to politely cancel my appointment, then why am I being treated like I am the one to blame for this incident? Also, why would I automatically be turned away for any "future appointments", when this was clearly not my fault? And, why speak to anyone in the tone she did and treat a potential new customer in this manner? I didn't deserve to be spoken to in the way she did. It was unprofessional and out of line. It's not the client's fault there is another salon with the EXACT same name. No worries, Lux Beauty Lounge, I would never want another appointment with anyone there, that's no way to run a business Or treat anyone. I prefer to give my business to those who are personable, kind, and speak to others with respect.  And one more thing, ever think it might be a good idea to change the business name Seems that would make more sense rather than blame shift and getting upset at the client.
