First of all, I can't believe how incredible the latte is here. You can actually taste the richness of the coffee beans, something I didn’t even realize was missing from other places until I started making lattes at home. Most other coffee shops make lattes that taste like watered-down coffee—what’s the point? At Maple Blues Coffee, every staff member is warm and welcoming, treating you like a valued customer, unlike the pretentious vibes you might get from other chains. I just want a great coffee in a nice atmosphere, and this place delivers.

A quaint coffee shop in the heart of downtown. It’s a cozy gathering place for both locals and travelers.
The staff is friendly and they create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
In addition, the coffee is great. It’s nice to visit a local coffee shop with good coffee, rather than the chain coffee shops.

I really wanted to love this place. I understand my order took a little time to pick up, so I expected it to be cold—that’s not a problem. However, my Vanilla Latte was unfortunately undrinkable. I’m not sure what went wrong, but my coworker (who also got a coffee) suggested the milk might have been sour.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I was really looking forward to this $6.40 coffee to get me through the day, and I was disappointed. Hoping this was just an off day because I’ve heard good things about this spot!
(My french toast bagel was on point!)
