Went for breakfast, party of 4, 9am on a Saturday. Didn't realize it was a part of a Double Tree. Service was very slow, only 2 employees, but only 2 or 3 tables there. They had a menu and a buffet. We ordered off the menu. Coffee was luke warm and bitter. Omelet was okay. Hash browns had no season and were cold. Pancakes were good. My kids said it tasted like hotel food. Best description I can think of.

First, came in on Saturday morning around 9. Service was incredibly slow. Took forever to get our orders in, get our drinks, get the food, etc.

My coffee came and was lukewarm at best. Got a refill halfway through the meal and asked for some fresh hot coffee. It came hot but all of the coffee is pretty bitter.

The eggs Benedict tasted fine and were the highlight of the meal. However, the accompanying hashbrowns were cold and bland.

Honestly, the whole experience was pretty blah and kind of what you would expect from a hotel.

I want to like it so bad. Don't do it. Just don't. They don't know how to coordinate a dinner service. The bar service is great but there are two entries and you need to find and engage the host because it's 50/50 whether they will see and seat you on their own.

Our dinner took an hour and 45 minutes. We stayed and later wish we had given up like the 4 or 5 other tables we saw just leave. The bottom line is they are easily overwhelmed and my guess is the servers are doing too much prep in the kitchen.

When our steak came it was inconsistent. Mine was fine my wife's was way undercooked. My veggies were subbed because they were out which I didn't find out until they brought my food. And then they were lukewarm.

It's a nice sports bar. It wants to be upscale. They need a manager who knows what a restaurant needs to run successfully, to make sure the host is looking for and engaging customers, the waitresses are back and forth on the floor, not the kitchen, and the kitchen is doing their job, churning out food per the menu.

Until they do that, we regret spending our date night on this disaster.

Terrible service. Apathetic, incompetent staff, more than 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged even though I made sure, with the bartender that the bar was open seating. She assured me it was, I bussed that area of plates, silver, linens, and glassware, it was still in the exact same spot 90 minutes later when we left, unfed, The food took forever, came out cold and side order was incorrect. No condiments, no silver, no napkin. Took forever to even get a drink, refills were never offered.
Witnessed 4 other people leave in frustration. One of a group of 3 across from us received her meal, and a full 15-20 minutes later, her companions received their meals.
The worst dining experience I’ve ever had in Greeley.

Received a response, basically, we’ll try to do better next time. With that, there won’t be a next time.

We had dinner here while staying at the Doubletree. Food was excellent, server was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was modern and clean. Over all a really great experience. I was really happy with my tomato soup and grilled cheese. My daughters reuben was packed full with corned beef. Very happy with our meal.

Atmosphere was nice and staff was friendly. Manager she is a cool Harley rider. Burger was excellent with good char and cheddar cheese melted perfectly to it. 1/2 pound burger was just my size. Frys were crispy and had nice outer coating. Dining inside and outside was open and ready to serve. Breakfast was as good as dinner. Really great potatoes, bacon and eggs. Also, were willing to add hot sauce and to go coffee.

Would not recommend. The online menu is not the same as the dine in menu. The restaurant is part of the Doubletree. Our bad for not checking prior too. The food was bland and the service mediocre. I don’t think staff was prepared to handle the volume of people prior to event. We sat at the bar, the one bartender serving everyone, walk ups, bar seated customers and making drinks for all the tables showed that she was flustered and overwhelmed while doing her best to keep cool. I may have been overly excited to try this place out because I was very disappointed. The menu offered is about a quarter of the options in the photo. I went for the coconut calamari and had to settle for the bland caesar salad. My husband’s burger was no better.
