Leute da müsst ihr vorbeischauen. Es gibt vorzüglichen Kaffee und ich hatte noch einen leckeren Muffin. Und das alles obwohl gerade hinter dem Hügel ein Waldbrand ausgebrochen war und die Besitzerin nach Hause musste um ihre Tiere zu retten. Diese Frau hat Herz und muss unterstützt

My partner and I just finished driving out of this sweet little joint and I had to hop to writing a review <3! We are headed up to the national park and we’re bummed all of the more specialty coffee shops were closed. We like supporting local when we can. I did a quick google search and found Mud Hut! I can see how if traffic is busy it may be a little interesting to get in. There were 2 cars ahead of us and even then we only waited maybe 8-10 minutes. But even pulling up it seems this adorable little hut emphasis a realm of its own compassion and goodness. There’s a little picnic bench next to the hut that seems like would be such a neat little spot to enjoy (if you’re not headed for a time slot in the National Park). Our barista was super chill and kind. Very welcoming and warm even for being busy. I got an amethyst latte with oat milk iced & my partner got an iced chai half spicy and half sweet with whole milk. All of it tasted divine! The lavender isn’t a strange taste like some can be. It tastes like lavender and there are other flavoring too for coffee princesses like us 😉 my partners chai was exactly as advertised- the perfect amount of sweet like honey notes with some spice. Yummy! All-in-all I can’t wait to come back and enjoy this local down to earth lil’ spot again! Thank you for being you Mud Hut ☮️ 💕

Needed a quick morning pick-me up and was so delighted to the cutest coffee shop right off the highway in Lyons, CO. Service was not only so friendly and pleasant, but extremely fast and the quality of the coffee was top notch! 10/10 Highly recommend!!! If you’re planning on driving to or from the Rockies, make a pit stop at Mud Hut, you will be glad you did. I go-to order is frilly coffee drinks drizzled with all the sugar to mask the bitter taste of coffee but I ordered the Caramel Latte & it was scrumptious 😋☕️

Super cute little hut to grab a pick-me-up on the way to whatever adventure you're on.

Their regular coffee is rather mid. I think it's just Folgers or something, so I would definitely spring for their more interesting coffee derivations.

Such a awesome coffee shop, right off the road across from mountains such an awesome place!! It has a drive through too, also I met such a friendly and kind barista, and that's a bonus because the coffee and expresso was so fresh! 10/10 for me!! I definitely recommend Mud Hut if you're in Lyons or on yours way to the rocky mountains like we were!!

Stopped here for a coffee on our way out of Estes Park. Barista was so friendly and kind. They saw we had 2 pups with us and gave us so treats for them. Highly recommend if you’re wanting something quick to pick up on your way out of town. Saw that they had bfast burritos and other small snack items that we didn’t have a chance to try.

Probably the best coffee I’ve ever had. My husband and I both got the spicy banana bread latte. Tastes like the banana bread in Hawaii. So good!

The pita pockets are amazing, Reasonably price coffee, comes out fast and incredibly nice staff. Everyone should stop by the mud hut!
Also a nice bench and vibes out back not just a “Togo car only place”
