I used to love this place, and their ego must’ve inflated quite a bit because it’s been nothing but inconsistent especially since their new location. This is the absolute last time I’ll order from them unless I’m offered free food because that’s truly all it’s worth. No seasoning, spice, or crunch. This was *supposed* to be white hot and green chili.

I've been supporting MCHC since 2016 and loved the place. The atmosphere and employees make this place special. This was the first place I would take all my out of town friends to when they visit foco. I always get Nashville hot tenders to accompany my beer. They used to be large, come loaded with the seasoning on them and the flavor was amazing. The tenders would look like they appear on the menu, if not better! It's now become the norm for the tenders to be half the size, at a higher cost, and to come without a speck of seasoning on them. At first I thought it was a fluke, but the tenders have been this way for at least the last dozen times I've come in. Just looks and tastes like unseasoned, breaded and fried chicken. This was my favorite hot chicken joint but I've been very disappointed by the quality as of late. 4 tenders used to be more than I could eat in one sitting. Today i spent $20+ tip on a 5 tender meal and was still hungry. It's just not worth the price for flavorless food, especially compared to the other hot chicken joints in town now. Sad to say, this loyal customer ordered MCHC for the final time today.

Nash/hot and regular was a hit. Jerk was a miss. Sides were good but the slaw needed a bit more seasoning and acid.

Hands down the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The green chile was a really fun spin on a Nashville hot chicken. The person helping me was so helpful and had great energy, helped me find the perfect spice level/size etc. the chicken thigh made it soooo crispy. Comfy sitting area, full bar, and some really great tunes. I’d drive out of my way to Fort Collins just to eat here.

Really good hot chicken. The sandwich is phenomenal. My biggest qualm is the inconsistent heat level. I usually get Nashville hot and sometime I can barely feel the heat and others it's borderline too much.

I've eat here often and gotta say tonight was not it. The chicken was way overcooked to the point where we couldn't bite through parts because they were so dry like jerky. The Jamaican jerk which is normally delightful was a salty paste about a quarter inch thick poured on top of the chicken, it didn't seem tossed. I'm most disappointed because I know this isn't normal for them. Definitely check in on your kitchen staff to see if they need support or more training.

Waited over an hour for two people. Multiple people got there food before we did who ordered after us. And the very rude rainbow hair lady said “I don’t believe that” after we told her we’ve been here for a hour in the sasiest way possible. Needs to be fired immediately. Unbelievable
