We had Neon Moon for a Quinceanera this past October and everything was beyond amazing! They had the best cocktails and service was PERFECT! All I had to provide was the alcohol and they provided everything else (cups, mixers, ice, garnishes etc.) they even set up a cute little conversation area that matched our decor.
