No one will speak to you as you stand in their lobby. I had to call in. This is what I got for $10.99+tx very salty + very well done. The young dude was the nicest.

There is nothing I can say that hasn't already been said. This very fine establishment has been around since the 70's. We will make an effort when traveling to make a stop. Place is awesome!

Where do I begin. The waiter kept rushing us, and rushing us, and rushing us. The menu said they were open till 9:30, but the waiter told us no it closed at 8:30 (we got there at 8PM) We chose the side with the salad bar, because we hope it would be better. While the salad bar was just okay, the warm side of it, looked like it had been baking all day long. The food they pushed out to us, and kept pestering us if we were done was just okay. Didn't really have much flavor. There was an older couple seated by us, and the waiter kept rushing them too. The waiter even came up to us just after the food was brought out and asked if we were done yet. Then asked if we were done with the salad bar because they wanted to break it down. Never felt so pushed to leave in my life. Won't ever come back here. We were just traveling through, but it sure left a bad impression on us, that we talked about the rest of our trip to Indiana.

I don't give 5 stars out often, but this place is worth every one. The food is great. The service is attentive without being bothersome and the prices are more than fair.
We went twice. Once for supper and once for breakfast.
For supper, I got the fried chicken and my wife got the beef medallions. The fried chicken was some of the best I have ever had. The medallions were tender and cooked perfectly. Both meals came with a salad bar, which was great.
For breakfast, I got the #4, which is bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, gravy and toast. I swapped out the toast for a biscuit. The eggs were perfect, the bacon was crispy and abundant and the biscuit was as good as I've ever had.
My wife got the Heavy Duty breakfast, which was similar to mine, but pancakes instead of gravy and larger portions of everything. She said it was amazing.
The coffee is very mild with no bitterness, which was nice.
We will be back.

My family has been coming to this place since the 80's and LOVE IT!Good food and ample portions. Super clean restaurant. They also are super wheelchair friendly with a large handi stall with wheelchair accessible sink in the stall!!
