Notes Eatery is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly service that made us feel right at home. The staff is attentive, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience.

The live jazz music was incredible—such a perfect touch to create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place where the entertainment is just as exceptional as the food, but Notes Eatery absolutely delivers on both!

Now, let’s talk about the breakfast buffet—WOW. Every bite was perfection! Even though we’re picky about green chili, we couldn’t help but appreciate the bold flavors and fresh ingredients. First time to Notes, great decor. Kind of small. Waiter was not good. She got upset when we had to return the order and make it right. After that no service. Philly cheese steak was alright, nothing stood out. Food was 5/10, service 1/10. Decorations and atmosphere 10/10.

We won a $10 off coupon from Labor Day Lift Off for this place and decided to try it after work on a Thursday night. Had a blast! Music BINGO started at 6pm and karaoke started at 8pm. Didn’t win BINGO unfortunately. Had fun singing along to the music. We had the honey BBQ boneless wings, smothered tater tots and the fish and chips. The portion sizes were surprisingly decent and the food was great. The tater tots were amazing. This place really didn’t get that crowded until around 8pm for karaoke. When we arrived at 5, only about 3 tables were being used. By the end of the night the whole placed was filled.

I have been wanting to come here and was very disappointed. The server took a long time to get our order, and she wasn’t very nice. I ordered avocado toast and it had a thin layer or avocado no vinaigrette.. husband got a breakfast burrito, he said it was ok. We ordered manmosa and bloody Mary, it was good but the 2 nd one was very bitter not consistent on making the drinks.

Found this place on Parent weekend at USAFA. Notes has a great vibe, very clean, and wait staff was very friendly. We went twice for breakfast and found the food to be very good. It is also conveniently located if you are visiting USAFA.
Edit: Just went for the third time because on Labor Day all the mainstream places were super busy. We got right into Notes. A hidden gem for sure.

Weekend brunch is another one of those things that used to be good, but now it isn't... Music and atmosphere are still wonderful. But gone are the great two-for-one prices, the free mimosa, the omelette bar, the meat carving station... And the remaining food is nothing special. It reminds me of any hotel continental breakfast (with many of the items probably purchased at Costco). I will never be going back.

Went on a weekday. Average food kinda like a Denny's. Staff was great though. Atmosphere looks like it might be fun for an early evening out. I think they need to choose their following...based on the atmosphere I think they need to focus on being a dinner/drinks/entertainment vs all day all cuisines

Great ambiance! Nice staff and good food. I think some of the menu items were pricey for the portion size. For example, the street tacos were smaller than many other street tacos I have had at other places and $11 for 3 is more than $3 per taco. Tasted fantastic though! The cheese curds were also delicious, but the portion that came out seemed a bit small. Maybe it was the size of the basket they were in? One drink (smooth criminal) was nice and strong, but the presentation of it made it look like barely a shot in a lowball style glass. Overall it was a really nice place to eat, drink, and enjoy music!! I would come here again
