Karen and Kelly are highly caring and professional. They have been communicative, responsive and kind. Excellent experience. The location is ideal in Lompoc, close to the beach and a gorgeous lookout hiking trail. It is quiet, peaceful and safe here. I have finally found my home. Thank you!

What an amazing place. It's always nerve wracking to move somewhere new, but the community is already so awesome. Two neighbors helped me move heavy boxes without me even needing to ask. Everyone waves and smiles. The ground are beautiful. Finally was amazing managers. So kind and helpful.

It was a very quiet, nice community. Landlords were extremely friendly and go above and beyond (almost like a BnB at times). The room was clean when we got it and we always felt safe. Fortunately, our neighbors above us weren't home 9/10 of the time do that was nice too. Overall, they were always quick to respond and more than fair. I absolutely recommend them.

I rented an apartment here for a few months as part of a travel contract. Getting in was quick and easy, the people who helped make it happen were accommodating with my situation. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, the area around it was quiet and close to where I worked. I would have been perfectly happy to stay longer if I needed to, the move out process was equally easy and quick. I'd definitely recommend it.

Karen and Kelly are great! They’ve been super kind and helpful during a chaotic move. Karen is an incredibly fair manager. The complex is very well kept, apartments are competitively priced for the area. If we ever come back to the area, we would definitely want to live at Oceanwood again!!!

We loved our time here! Karen and Kelly are super helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It was great having a pool and hot tub available. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely loved living at this place! I loved having a work out room, pool and jacuzzi and a pool table in the clubhouse. The managers were great too. I would've stayed longer but the job and boyfriend situation changed so I had to move...Thankfully there was another Towbes Group property where I ended up...more on that in my next review.

Oceanwood used to be a good value, but the rents rise each year, and the value just isn't there anymore and you will pay too much for what you get. We will be moving soon due to rent increases. They also had termite problems this past year. Karen, the manager, is great and on the ball. The maintenance man, Vern, is good as well and quick to respond. The pool is nice, but since Lompoc is chilly most of the year use is sporadic. The new gym is actually a downgrade over the old equipment. For example, the old bench press and leg lift machines were much easier to use. The biggest problem is the rent increases since they have ruined the value of the apartment and made owning a home the smarter move.
