Fun saloon with great service by the lovely and lively Freda.

We came by for a drink Friday and returned Saturday for live piano music and local fun.

The cosmos were uber tasty!

Beer was good and cold. Guy who served us wasn't very friendly but it didn't bother me. Well I guess it did a little or else I wouldn't have mentioned it in this review. Oh well

Guitars Cadillacs, hillbilly music...
Love dive bars so if you want a fancy drinks and upscale decor this ain't your kind of place partner... This is a real bar, where real people drink.
Music, dancing, probably fighting too on Saturday nights but I was there on a Sunday and they must have cleaned up all the blood before I got there lol.
Leave your pretentions at the door, you put your pants on one leg at a time just like the rest of us drinkers do.

It's a nice place on a rainy, cold evening with a stove in the center that provides some heat but isn't life threatening to the inebriated. A standard bar, but the lighting is nice and has a small stage - not raised. The bands were good though and they made the venue a lot better.

Made a quick stop in this quaint fun little town and needed a beer after a long drive. Of course I’m always a fan of stopping in an older style pub and the Old Western Hotel fit the bill. A wooden bar and antique fixtures gave the feeling that cowboys may roll in at any minute, throw a heavy coin up on the bar, and ask for a bottle of whiskey, a room, and a lady. But back to 2018, this old style saloon has a nice relaxed feel and pool tables in the back. Would’ve liked to be there when it was busier, but listening to the locals talk about the fires close by was interesting and I met a chef who made for an entertaining quick stop. Lot of character here and the draught Lagunitas beer was smooth and delicious. Worth a stop!

Had fun seeing live country music with my wife and her friend. Place was packed full of people and a we all had a great time. If you go here, it is cash only, but they have an ATM inside the bar. There was also pool tables there.
