our family participated in the puzzle swap & here's the puzzle we're getting to put together. thank you to the swapper that kindly placed the border pieces in a separate bag. mom has arthritis & that is so kind of you! everyone was so helpful. first we heard of the puzzle swap 🧩 the person with long lovely curly locks was the friendliest & everyone was nice

I used to love the library, but they just keep cutting services, and I can't even use it anymore, they keep it so effing cold. Why don't you turn the freaking AC down maybe would be able to get some more money back. Literally bring winter clothes if you're going to attempt to go in here. Really makes you feel sick and messes with your body going from 90° weather to negative 10. I don't think the books there need to be chilled?

Everybody was very helpful it's very quiet like a library should be. When I needed help they did not mind at all getting up and walking over to where I was and helping me. Even the security guard Was friendly and helpful.

Rented the meeting room here for a baby shower and was really impressed. The communication was topnotch when booking the space. The library overall is very clean and well maintained. The meeting room was perfect for our event and spacious and clean. The staff wasnt in our business bugging us or checking on us during the event and we're all very kind and courteous. Definitely would book the space again for future events and really grateful I found it. Thanks PPLD

I was at this location and used their restroom. After washing my hands, I then turned to exit the restroom and as I was about to grab the door handle, one of the two security guards at this location decided it was necessary to kick the door in. For no reason whatsoever he kicked the door in to enter the restroom and since I was directly on the other side, the door was kicked into me. This was absolutely ridiculous and his attitude, comments, and lack of apology showed he didn't think he did anything wrong. Pretty sure this constitutes an assault. Let's keep in mind, this is a public library. One that is there to serve the public and is paid for by our tax dollars. This is an extremely small location. 2 security guards is already overkill. These are books. And public access computers... And we have 2 security guards there, one of which is walking around protecting the books by kicking bathroom doors into whoever is unlucky enough to be exiting at that time. Colorado springs public library: go there for a book, leave having been assaulted by someone whose paid by your taxes dollars. Makes sense.
