32nd bday and seen amazing reviews of this place. We ordered a large meat lover , medium pepperoni and garlic bread… everything was DELICIOUS! would definitely recommend and order again! Thank you

Have been here a many times no issues. Always ask for a veggie pizza or a cheese pizza that is on its own pan, no meat. I am allergic to most meat. Never had an issue in the past. Cashier lady was so rude to tell me they don't do requests for the buffet. Could have been nice and say sorry, can't do that. Proceeded to tell me cheese never touches meat pizza 3 times. Yet on the buffet was a pepperoni and a cheese, cooked together. Have been going here for years, no one has ever had an issue making a full veggie pizza or just a plain full cheese, then the way she said it, so rude.

Husband and I had lunch at Pizza factory in Show Low, absolutely the best pizza on the mountain!
Excellent service, friendly staff, the food comes out quick, hot and fresh.
I can’t say enough how great everything was.
They even have a room that you can reserve for parties.
A full salad bar for lunch and dinner.
The staff make sure to say good bye to every customer on their way out.
Highly recommend Pizza factory if you're looking for a spot for two or a big group.

Best A.Y.C.E. Salad bar in this area.

About $11.50 per adult plate.

Last year, it was $8.99/plate that's about a 18% increase in pricing. (Darn Inflation?)

I did learn on this visit that they do offer a discount for Military, Police, Fire/EMT.

Kids salad bar discount is for 6 and under.

Amazing selection of salad toppings?.

I hope they add: Avacado, Red Bell Peppers, & Dried Cranberries.

Also, it would be awesome if their produce was sourced locally from farmers (when in season).

We just were there for our early dinner with my little family & sister, and we had the best time. Lived here our whole life & we know a great business when we see it. Whoever the gentleman was that accidentally cleared our table because they thought we left, made us a brand new pizza even though we told him it was okay! He didn’t hesitate what so ever & it came out super fast. We love pizza factory , always have and always will. The food was absolutely amazing as always. Thank you for the great experience!

Decent pizza. Great atmosphere for families. We are on a road trip through town and needed a place for our kids to eat and move freely. Few restaurants can offer both while being clean, friendly, and still feeling like a restaurant. Pizza Factory does a great job with the small game room, a few TV's, and yet still being a quiet place where you can have a conversation.
