My kids and I absolutely love Play Palace! This place has become our go-to spot for fun and bonding time. The whole environment is super clean and feels so safe, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. They have thought of everything to make it a great experience for families, from the engaging play areas to their friendly staff who really care about the kids. The animal rides are such a unique touch, and my little ones can’t get enough!
I also love how flexible and accommodating they are with parties and events – we recently celebrated a birthday here, and it was seamless. It’s clear they genuinely want you to have a great experience, and that personal touch makes a world of difference. If you’re looking for a place that combines fun, safety, and warmth, Play Palace is it. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful time here. Its perfect, nice and safe for my almost 2 year old and 4 year old they had a blast. From the bounce house to the slide and all the toy sets. It was clean and played music for kids it was perfect.

Play Palace here in Anchorage This Business is Top Tier. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, kid friendly , Beautiful & fun place for your kids to explore & enjoy their time as kids. This is definitely the place for you. I Highly recommend all parents/guardians to bring their kiddos here. Brought my 5 year old daughter here for the first time & she absolutely loved every single minute of it. Pricing is extremely affordable for indoor play area along with different options if you would like to host a kid event for all occasions. To the snacks, drinks and cubby areas & seating for parents . The Location is very convenient , it’s in the heart of midtown mall . They have a really Positive & Good energy atmosphere From being greeted from Mrs.Ala & their amazing Team super informative about the services they have & rewards/coupons. I highly recommend all parents to bring their kiddos here without a doubt , you won’t be disappointed.

If we could give it a million stars, we would.

My daughter absolutely loves the Play Palace and the toys. We utilize the $12 for 2 hr play on Tuesdays and it’s plenty of time for her!

She makes friends (tries too, she’s only 2) and the owners are thee absolute friendliest.

It is extremely CLEAN which I love, and it’s got enough space that neither her nor I feel overwhelmed when there’s a couple handfuls of people there.

We feel so comfortable going into the Play Palace and never worry about being judged or someone bullying my little one.

If you need a place that’s safe, secure, and friendly THE PLAY PALACE is the place for you and your littles.

Their hours of operation are thee best too if you’re not an early bird! It’s convenient with food shops a couple doors down (coffee as well).

We’ve been a handful of times and will continue to go back.

Play Palace is an absolute gem! My kids had the best time exploring all the slides, climbing structures, and play areas. It’s clean, safe, and so much fun for little ones of all ages. The staff is super friendly, and they even have great deals like their PFD specials, which are perfect for a fun, affordable outing. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

LOVE this place!! My son has an absolute blast with the clean toys and loves to dance along to the music they play. Every time we come in, we are always greeted kindly by the owners and feel so welcomed. They host cool events throughout each month, like pizza and ice cream parties, which has been exciting and definitely something needed in this community!!

Very cool ? new kids play place inside of the midtown mall. My kids had a great time there. You are allowed to bring outside food and it is so cute inside! The owners are very nice women and I like this place better than fresh cup. Hidden gem for parents and small kids baby to 8 years.

So nice to have a clean and fun playspace for kids! We were visiting from NYC and playpalace did not disappoint! My 6 month old and 6 years old were both entertained and had a blast! The best part is we didn't have to split up as a family given the age difference. We returned multiple times and the kids wanted to stay as long as possible! Highly rec!!
