Fantastic place for a little date night! Excellent happy hour with $6 wine, and not just a house wine to choose from, quite the selection! Add a bunch of delicious shareable snacks and you've got the makings of a great hangout. Sign up for their email and your first bruschetta is on the house, so worth it! I really want to try their paninis, they sound so good. I'm trying to figure out a time to go back already!

We came for lunch during happy hour! $6 glasses of wine, beer, and draft beer pitchers on special! We opted to sit on the patio and the weather was stunning. The patio vibes were great. We ordered a Nick's Board which was amazing. The crispy pretzel bites topped with the pimento cheese spread was my favorite! We also ordered a build your own bruschetta.

I had much higher expectations for a restaurant that specializes in bruschetta. Each of the 4 that I tried lacked seasoning, and the chefs “special” squash was the least flavorful!

They have a very good happy hour, even on the weekend. We only got the bruchetta board, so that's the only food experience we had, but all the flavors were good. They could've put a lot more artichoke spread on, though. Waitress was non-existent once she got our order. When she finally showed we had been done with our meal, I asked for a new napkin because mine fell very early in the meal and never received it. I will go back and hope the service is a little better next time.

To start, we love Postino, but we would usually visit the Lower Highlands one. Thanks to the bRUNch group, we finally had a chance to branch out and visit the Highlands Ranch.
The place has an amazing decor! I was greatly impressed by all of the typewriters, cameras, radios, and other appliances in the middle of the place. It is a great way to add lots of character. It's not messy, but it just steals your attention. Then, there's the board game wall, which made us look at it for a pretty long time, trying to find as many that we know as possible. So cool!
We weren't original with our orders. I did try the prickly pear lemonade for the first time and absolutely loved it. Aside from that, we went for chicken mozzarella panini and bruschetta board, both in gluten free versions (since I can't have it otherwise). We tried these before, except for smoked salmon and pesto bruschetta, so no surprises there, we loved it. I have to say, though, it seemed the amount of cheese on all of the cheesy options was noticeably less than in the other location that we love. Other than that, it was perfect.

Awesome upscale hangout. A bit pricey, but always a nice place to treat yourself to a pleasant evening. The staff goes out of their way to provide outstanding service and hospitality. A limited menu, however the selections are varied and delicious.
