Prima Italia!!! Very Good!! Vincent was a fantastic waiter! We read reviews of Prima Italia and Vincent has received rave reviews-we are so glad we had him for our waiter as he really is exceptional !!! From the moment he told us his name to the end of our meal he was attentive, courteous and treated us as if we were the only two in the room - which we weren't he had several tables inside and even outside - wish we lived closer- the food was so very good - thank you chefs! The crab cake pepin. Wedge salad - eggplant parmigiana - lobster ravioli - and cheesecake were all top notch! Thank you also to Mike the manager who came over to see how we were doing - thank you Vincent for making our experience with Prima Italia one we will never forget - YOU are the best!!

My wife and I recently tried Prima Italia for the first time for a date night. Overall, we had a really great experience from start to finish! We ordered some Burrata as an appetizer (a soft Italian cheese, served with arugula pesto, crostini, and tomatoes), which was really flavorful, elegantly prepared, and just all-around pleasing. For our entrees, my wife tried the House Tagliatelle (with Meatballs, in her case), and I ordered the Pasta all' Amatriciana (a traditional Italian pasta dish, prepared with bacon, "guanciale" or pork cheek, red pepper flakes, romano cheese, white wine, and much more). We both noticed right away that the pasta was homemade and so much better than what you get at most Italian restaurants, and we both felt like our dishes were bursting with flavor! For that matter, the portion sizes (which I've seen people complain about in their reviews) were perfect for both of us, since neither of us necessarily wants to take a ton of leftovers home. I was completely full and satisfied after my meal, and I really took my time to savor each bite. Definitely an establishment that puts an emphasis on high-quality food, prepared with love, rather than just large portion sizes!

The only other things I would add were that: 1) our server (I believe his name was Brian) also made a real effort to give us a high-quality, sophisticated-feeling dining experience, and; 2) my only real complaint was that there was a $3.00 charge added for paying with a credit card and not cash (which I just found kind of surprising, since most restaurants these days don't seem to do that or expect people to pay with cash). Otherwise, I would highly recommend Prima Italia for a date night, or for just about any other time that you're craving high-quality, seemingly-authentic Italian food that really stands out from the crowd!

Eat Well Travel Often

We stopped by for Sunday brunch a few months ago & it was excellent. They had numerous options on the buffet and it was 100% worth the price. Recently, we came here again on a Sunday & they no longer have the buffet for brunch. Now they have a short brunch menu & it’s not impressive. We ordered a few things and it was all just “okay”. This area needs some Sunday brunch options but unfortunately Prima Italia isn’t one we’d revisit unless they go back to their original brunch. (The photos I posted with this review are from our first visit here when they had the brunch buffet).

Happy Lappy

Been here several times. Have not had a bad meal here. Lots of good selection for starters and entrée. If you do not see something exactly you like, ask them to change. They accommodate.

This time around, I ordered salmon and Ceasars Salad wedge. Not on the menu, but they made it. Salmon was cooked the way I liked it. Crispy outside, tender and most inside. Will order this dish again.

The food at Prima is incredible! The pasta is so fresh and well made. We got the Barrata (so delicious with the pesto), lobster ravioli and shrimp Alfredo. Our server Brian was wonderful. I highly recommend!

We were very surprised there weren’t more people here! We came here for our anniversary and we will definitely be back. Fantastic food and excellent service. If you haven’t been here you’re missing out.

Here celebrating our 11th Anniversary. We were greeted when we walked in, and before we were seated, Vincent greeted us as well with that amazing smile! Our server David was super nice, friendly, made great menu suggestions, was prompt with everything and even brought us a Cheesecake to celebrate! It's nice to have an elegant place to celebrate but at the same time, have servers who are so down to earth!

Really great experience! The food was very tasty and super happy to have a more romantic atmosphere open in the Fort Smith area, the desserts were very good too! I got the spinach Alfredo pasta and my husband got the lemon caper pasta. We ended with an affogato and tiramisu! The music was a little bit loud but it was overall a good experience. It is nice to have a place like this open!
