Prospector for lunch - yes please.
We were treated to the best lunch and finest service we’ve enjoyed in a very long time in an upscale bar environment.
Staff was engaging and friendly. The chef’s prepared the best Duck wrap I’ve ever eaten. While my wife found the BEST crab cake sandwich this side of Maryland.

We will definitely be back the next time we are in Colorado.

Back 4 months later for Christmas Eve lunch. Another wonderful experience. Great sandwich and beers.

The menu they post online is not correct. The actual menu has 14 items on it , mostly apps and dessert. The service and atmosphere is great but we waited 52 minutes for escargot and 1 drink. I came for the steak tartar which is just one of over 12 items no longer available.

Had such a good experience! The smoked ember old fashioned was incredible - amazing presentation and flavor. The bartender Maxwell was fantastic and made the visit even better. Highly recommend for a unique cocktail experience and great food!

Ok you have to try some of the incredible and interesting cocktails, bites, plates and treats from Prospector. Seasonal menu and great prices for the quality. Excellent spot and atmosphere and bar with great service and able to accommodate any allergies. You have to stop by with an easy location on main Street. Maybe just play some Rufus or Bob Moses instead of the 90's alt rock. Otherwise, a superb location to eat and drink.

The bar here is beautiful. I couldn’t stop admiring it. The drinks they were cranking out looked delicious. We had the Ramen and Pot Pie. Both were made with duck and both were delicious!

Best restaurant/bar in Breck, hands down! The food was fantastic - if you're reading this not too long after I posted, you have to try the elk pasta! The drinks were incredible as well. But the best BEST thing about this place is the bartenders!! Fantastic service, so friendly and easy to chat with. We went one night and came back the next night because we loved the service so much! If I could give a billion stars I would!! We'll be back!

This is a chill laidback place with good service. The food is ridiculous good. Not sure how the food has been recognized in CO and/or in the US. Chef Olivia is doing some crazy good things.

Best meal and drinks I’ve had in Breckenridge. The fried chicken dish was filled with flavor and the sweet potato pie with the jalapeño marshmallow was AMAZING! My wife had the short rib and loved it. Great bartender He was kind and provided great service. Thank you!!!
