Totally disappointed. I went for a beer, ordered an IPA and the bad mood and mistreatment of the guy who served me was noticeable from the first moment. They had no more IPA (it's a brewery, they sell beer, CAN'T HAVE ANY IPA!).

To make matters worse, the guy in a very bad way told me that he did not have, I understood and asked him something similar. But he told me that he didn't have any more.

Not recommended place due to the terrible service of its employee at the bar.

Totalmente decepcionado. Fui a tomar una cerveza, pedí una IPA y el mal humor y maltrato del individuo que me atendió se notó desde el primer momento. No tenían más IPA (es una cervecería, venden cerveza, NO PUEDEN NO TENER NINGUNA IPA!).

Para colmo, el sujeto de muy mal modo me decía que no tenía, yo comprendía y le pedía algo similar. Pero me decía que no tenía más.

Lugar no recomendable por su pésima atención.

Neat remodeled house converted into a beer hall. Excellent German style beers and a few taps reserved for more contemporary styles. Also a few guest taps. Seems drama free, and low key. Go Royals!

Wow, what an awesome German-style brewery. Not only were the beers and service A+, but the atmosphere is super cozy. The brewery is located in a remodeled, 100+ year-old home, and literally feels like home when you’re here. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and we loved the plethora of board games and interactive games available. The entire downstairs is a game-lovers haven.

The bartender was incredibly nice, attentive, and helpful along the way. Service is a big deal to our brewery experiences, and Prost gets an A+. Only wish I had gotten his name because he deserves a major shoutout. Normally German beers aren’t my major vibe, but if you like IPAs, the West Coast Pilsner is incredible. Make this a stop, 100%, on your Fort Collins brewery crawl!

We stopped in to Prost while visiting our daughter in Fort Collins. All of us enjoyed our beers. They have a great selection of German beers and tasted great. We watched some NFL playoff games on the TV over the nice warm fireplace and played some of the board games they had on hand. Our family had a great time and the place was warm and cozy. I highly recommend this place if you are in the Fort Collins area.

Prost Brewing is one of the best places to get an authentic German Beer. They use authentic German ingredients and brewing styles. They have a great selection of beers, the atmosphere is super cool and in a historic building which is very warm and cozy. The staff is awesome and will help you make the right choice for a beer. It’s one of my favorite breweries to go to in Fort Collins.

Really tasty German beer in a fun atmosphere. They have a nice outdoor patio with lights and authentic German tables that you would find at Oktoberfest. They also have a great basement with a bunch of games. The servers are kind and willing to help answer questions about the beer. It's a great place to come with friends or by yourself to chill.

All things considered I would put this as one of the best breweries in town. It pulls of the German vibe really well despite the brewery being in an older home. The staff was super welcoming and friendly upon walking in for the first time ever. However, I think the beer is what makes it shine.

There aren't ciders, seltzers, or sours to give their menu the sweet drinks and easy wins for their menu but their traditional beer is some of the best in town. I love a lot of their stuff that I sampled but especially the Vienna Lager, Dunkel, and Kolsch stood out.

I will certainly be coming back to show it off when people are in town.

Lovely German style Biergarten with friendly withers, dogs, and a beautiful tap room. Beers were tasty and everyone was friendly.
