The only sort of plus is the room appear to recently be remodeled. Not the bathrooms but the main area. My bathroom had a filthy disgusting toilet which I cleaned myself. The pool says it’s open, but despite being indoors, it’s frigid and because the front desk stares right into the pool, it’s uncomfortable to go in. The “hot” breakfast is a joke. This morning at 7:15am, the hot breakfast consisted of 5 pieces of wheat bread for toasting. No fruit, juice, milk, pastries… nothing. And that’s pretty much been the norm this entire week. The location is awkward because there are no restaurants nearby. At all. Despite being a smaller town, it’s a 10 minute drive to get to a grocery store or fast food. If it’s the only option, you’ll survive. But if you have a choice of where to stay… go somewhere else.

Stopped for the night here after waiting in line for 30 min for 2 customers has helped by an indiferent clerk. Was tired so I blew it off went to my room fought the key card the door handle was loose when I finally got in to the room which was stifling I turned on the AC went to the car for my bag went to set it down saw something move in the dim light turned on the lights and there are roaches everywhere on the bed, the walls, the tub the door frame was split not seciring the door the throw latch can be pulled out of the door by hand and the plumbing moves in 3 directions. I immedietly to my bag back to the car and went to desk to check out and demand a refund lady at the desk says whats you reason i give her the list she goes well I can move you to another room as she is saying this i can see a roach on the cabinets where the serve their contintal breakfast and 1 on the wall now that I am paying attention.
NO I want a refund and out of here she finally processed my refund and i went else where. Overall this Quality in is UNSAFE, UNHEALTHY AND DISGUSTING not just old dirty, worn out, everything structurally is damaged, walls, doors, ceiling, plumbing it is infested, and unsecurable. Avoid like the plague. Absolutely do not bring children or health impaired and if you stay here you do so at your own risk. I called in a report to the Health Dept. and included the photos

Room was extremely dirty, bed bugs & other critters running around in the sheets, stains on the walls, pillows, pillow cases, sheets, and comforter. One of the pillows didn't even have a case on it! Ended up basically paying for a shower because I slept in my truck for 2 nights (restlessly) because of all shady activities in & out of the rooms & parking lot ALL NIGHT LONG. Never again...

Advertisements online need to be updated because this hotel in fact does not have a fitness center, the pool looked awesome in photos online but I would call the hotel first because it was out of service the entire weekend we were there, the hot water didn’t work in our hotel which was a huge bummer, if you are bringing pets it’s $20 per pet per night so be prepared to pay for that, and the cleanliness overall needed work; stains on the sheets, burn hole in the comforter, the bottom of the shower curtain had stuff growing on it. I guess having a functional fridge, microwave and cool air was nice in light of the other things. I wouldn’t stay there again.

An older hotel that needs some updating.
The tv didn't work. And after 15 minutes of the clerk fooling with, he just shrugged and said "I'm sorry" and walked out.
The bed was comfortable enough, but there was not a fitted sheet on the mattress, just a flat sheet. It kept coming off and I had to keep waking up to pull it back in place so that I would sleep on the dirty mattress. The pillows didn't have pillow cases on them and one of the pillows had what looked like dried blood on it.
The breakfast area was small and not a lot of choices.
If you are in the area and must stay here, just don't get high hopes

My first review was deleted so making another. Stay away from this dirty dump, room was broken into while I was brushing teeth, Thieves ran away before I could get to my weapon, called lobby and they blew it off just like the police did. There is a Hilton other side of town closer to dining and shopping which is much more secure. This place is no asset to Choice Hotel Group.

They have ROACHES! Possibly bed bugs! Bad attitude. Refused to refund money! Roaches were everywhere. In the sheets on the bed. On the ac. In the trash can. On the ceiling!! Then when confronted about the roaches and demanding a refund they refused and gave an attitude!!! Do not stay! They are filthy and rude!! I have VIDEO PROOF!

Was charged an additional charge after being told I would receive a refund on a room, that my children and I refused to stay in.
We were in town for a Cancer support event March 8-9.
Was shown 2 different rooms. 1 room was not clean at all, sheets on bed was not made/washed and counters had food all over them. Next room had mold in the sink, bathtub, toilet, refrigerator and bathroom walls. Refrigerator, microwave and TV was not working. The air quality in the room burnt your lungs from mold. They tried to lower the rate for another room as I refused and asked for a refund. I have yet to receive a refund, on top of the additional charge. Have also emailed the management and called with no response.
They definitely need to update their profile as false advertisement on pool, workout room and cleanliness.
Next step is to turn them in to the Arkansas State health department for operating a public facility with hazards as mold and construction not being properly marked.
I highly do not recommend them at all.
