I'll begin by noting that they were short on staff this particular day. A very condensed Sunday menu, lobster roll, smash tacos and a couple of other items were the only options. I ordered the smash taco, it was okay, wouldn't order it again if there were other options, like burgers etc.
AAA you can see by the photos, a very interesting little place to eat. Shaded outdoor seating, cooking was done outside, on a Blackstone grill, very enjoyable to look around at the decor. The margaritas were delicious! I'd recommend giving it a try, it's worth the experience.

A fun little place that my family frequented 6-7 times while spending a month in South Fork.

The grass-fed small tacos… with beef from Rachel’s own family farm. ?
They use Gosar tequila chorizo sausage in their breakfast burrito & sandwich… and the ham & cheese croissant sandwiches are our family’s favorite morning comfort food!

Rachel is a sweetheart! Truly a beautiful human. ? Always chill, hilariously blunt, and no-nonsense. ? Her collection of signs (many folks have brought them as offerings of love!), the sweet food truck, and the warm-in-chilly-weather dome (visit the koi fish!)… all wonderful little highlights of a visit to Rachel’s.

And Susie. She is very cool. ?

Oh! And I don’t drink a lot, but their alcoholic beverages are unique and WORTH THE MONEY.
This Mom ‍♀️ didn’t know that she needed a few dranks … had my boys and pup with me, and loosening up after a week of hardcore homeschooling in the cramped camper was NECESSARY.

This is a place we will most definitely come back to on our next visit to South Fork!

You should visit Rachel & Co., too. ?

My wife and I initially stopped here out of necessity but after having one of the best breakfasts of our lives, we came back for dinner and breakfast again before leaving the area. The food is better than I have had at high class restaurants for three times the cost. The people are personable. The restaurant is full of character. We are going to come back to the area just to get breakfast here again.

Just stopped here after a weekend in Pagosa Springs, very cute, quirky little spot. I do not eat cheese. I asked if I could get the smashed tacos with beef and beans, instead of bean/cheese, beef/cheese. The woman cooking the food said sure. So we placed our order, they did not charge until we finished eating, the tacos already pretty unreasonably high at $9 per taco, thought nothing of the substitution. We were charged $18 for my 2 beef and bean tacos!! They charged for 4 tacos because I added beans. Newsflash lard/beans are much cheaper cost than cheese. I save you money on cost and you charge us double?! So 4 total tacos and 2 cans of coke $60?! Please save any rude response and learn how to operate a fare business!!

If you're reading this, make sure to make a stop here! Do judge the book by the cover because this place is funky EPIC!! From ambiance to mocktails to burgers, EPIC! Love that we randomly stopped here and got such a wonderful treat! Thank yous!!

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! It was an amazing experience! The Smoked salmon bagel was by far the best I've ever had and the salad with it was so fresh and delightful! The seating inside of the greenhouse was wonderfully cozy on a cool fall day. It was a fabulous little vacation in the middle of a long drive, I will be back as soon as possible! Thank you so much Rachel and Susie! You are gems!
