I was left with an eye injury after my experience here so I want to warn anyone interested in these services to strongly consider doing your research before deciding to ever get a lash lift.

I came in on February 12th and had the majority of a pleasant experience (hence the two stars) with Maribell. Very professional and friendly the whole way through and it wasn’t until close to end of my session when I felt a burning sensation in my left eye. Maribell acted quickly to rinse my eye but the damage was done unbeknownst to us.

The burning sensation in my eye progressed to feeling like hot glass over the next few days and I spent Valentine’s Day in tears with an eye swollen twice it’s size after having traveled to spend the night with my husband in Denver. At the time we were supposed to be getting couple massages, I was sitting in Urgent Care where I was diagnosed with a chemical burn from a lash lift.

I’ll never do this again. I know the techs here are careful, they’re kind and didn’t operate out of malice at all but you always run a risk with these services and you gamble $70 to either get perfect looking lashes or a chemical burn in your eye and loss of half your lashes due to severe irritation. You decide if it’s worth the risk. My right eye looks phenomenal (hence the two stars).

UPDATE: I reached out to Maribell and she was happy to give a refund with which I am updating my review to three stars due to incredible customer service. This was definitely a fluke and I wish Maribell and this salon the best business possible in their future.

I haven't been to a proper stylist in a long time and my husband recommended this place because he uses the barber services and I was really pleased with the job Sarah did on my curly hair. She did a head massage when she was shampooing my hair and really took her time. She was thoughtful about how much length to trim off and then at the end she blow dried and straightened my hair so I could see it styled. I will definitely be coming back and am excited to try the massage services there in the future.

Sarah is such a great hair dresser! She's really friendly and is a great colorist! Her station is always clean and she is realistic when it comes to the best care for your hair! I fly from California for her to do my hair! If you are looking for professional results for great prices look no further.

Sarah is wonderful! I am very particular about my blonde but don't always know the lingo to describe what I'm looking for. Sarah always walks through things with me and I leave super blonde and with exactly what I wanted. She also gives the best scalp massage I've had during a cut and color. Sarah is amazing!

Such a pleasant experience! Viv was very friendly and was able to accommodate my schedule. The atmosphere was relaxing, she did my eyebrows and introduced me to a new service for my eyelashes. I love coming here! Viv is amazing with her skincare services and Sarah does an amazing job with my hair. Isaac does a great job with my husbands hair too. This is such a great place and I’m so happy we have great services like this in fountain.

We love Isaac! He does the best kids cuts. My husband sat and watched him cut our boys hair and now my husband is considering having his beard shaped by Isaac, also. FYI kids cuts are ONLY $15!!

I will add, just be aware that sometimes the GPS for some reason will take you to the wrong barber at WT's. Don't go to her. Make sure you go to the building that says "Revive".
